When I was rearended for the first time ever, they made it as painless as possible. Luckily they are partnered with State Farm, and Enterprise, so I didn't have to do much of anything aside from show up. They reparied my new truck back to new, and got it back to me before the expected date, and in time for my new truck's debut at work.
