“We are very happy with the service, we had our rear headlight broken due to a small accident. We went through our auto insurance and caliber collision team did a great job at first explaining on how they will fix It, then the ongoing communication as the repair was going on and finally with the actual at replacement of the rear headlight and it was done in a timely manner.”

“This shop is great. They took their time to understand my project which, on a 20 year old daily driver, wouldn’t have meant much to most shops. The final product was great, and I’m very happy with their work!”

“If you have a dent in your car, a ding, hail, before spending $$$ go to dent squad first.
The knowledge and experience in fixing car dents is unmatched in the DFW area. After being quoted thousand of dollars by dealership and body shop , I visited Dent squad and it was fixed for a fraction of the quoted price and without needing to repaint my vehicle.

“Loved working with Tasean! He made this experience so easy and stress free. He communicated well with me every step of the way and answered all the questions I had. The work done on my car was done very well and the cherry on top was that all work was completed 6 days before they said it would be. I will absolutely be recommending Caliber to all my family and friends! Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was so kind and helpful. Very grateful for the attention and care I received at Caliber! Thank you!”

“Caliber Collision deserves a solid 5 star because of service, communication, and execution. I was astounded when I first went to this location for help and was immediately greeted and the process was explained in detail. They even coordinated with my rental car company to get me picked up. They finished the job days ahead of schedule and kept me in the loop the whole time via text. You can even check the status with one click of a link, it was very easy and clear. At pickup, I was greeted immediately and they had everything ready to go. My service advisor even came over and shook my hand asking how I thought everything turned out. It was flawless! I honestly couldn't tell the difference before and after. Well done all around - excellent experience!”
“If you are looking for a place you can trust with reasonable prices I highly recommend Automotive ER of Frisco! Family owned and operated with knowledgeable helpful people. Kathy was great to work with!”
“Al Moncaleano did a great job getting my model 3 fixed in time. Handled the insurance claim. Provided clear paperwork. Guided me with details on several aspects. I trust my vehicle with parkwood and AL.”
“Took our car in for repair from an insurance claim. Went above and beyond to finish the service quickly, as soon as parts were received, after we explained the fact that this is the main vehicle of transport for our kids and family, and the responsible party's insurance did not provide a rental car the same size.”

“We used Xtreme for hail damage - very happy! You can’t tell there was damage to the panels or the trim. We didn’t want to use insurance, and their pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend!”
