“Staff are friendly when you go there and helpful but trying to call them and talk they do not answer or call you back making you to have to go in. They need to pay a little more attention to the vehicles they are renting for the wear and tear of the cars. In the first 3 days of my 21 day renting we had to return cars twice. They were able to get me replacement vehicle right away thankfully.”
