“Picked up my rental car on Apr 19 and had a good experience. First booking online was smooth. Picking up I interacted with 3 gentlemen (african american man - manager, other guy working front desk I believe is Indian, and 3rd guy named Zachary who washed my car) - all gave a great experience, friendly personable not too pushy and efficient
I got the car I wanted and asked for them to rush the wash so I could get back to work and then get on the road and they did just that and still did a good job washing.
There were few issues I could hear with car availability and delayed reservations but I did not face this.”
