Twin Lakes Pet Resort & Spa is a wonderful place for pets. The staff is friendly, great, and genuinely cares about the animals. They are patient and work well with pets, even those who are stressed. The groomer is wonderful. Many pets are happy and love coming for spa treatments and boarding. The experience is awesome and overall great. Owners receive photos, videos, and texts for updates, keeping them informed. It is a highly recommended resort and veterinarian.

My 6 month mini Bernedoodle has his first professional groom here! They were wonderful! Bet kind, gentle, and patient. Explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. They did such a wonderful job on my puppy! I'm very pleased with the experience he had and he looks so much better with his puppy cut.

I had to board my best bud while I was away for cancer surgery. Twin Lakes is my vet so I felt safe leaving him there. They took great care of him and sent pics daily. (Some of which I will attach) I'm so glad he was in such good hands. Thank you again!
