I stopped in for some help with an aging iPad which I, as an experienced albeit behind-the-times electrical engineer, assumed needed a new battery. Taylor took special time to look it over and show me various error-reporting functions and showed me that a battery replacement was not actually needed. He also advised me on likely issues and best repair strategies for my other mobile devices. Taylor impressed me with his knowledge and with the way he was able to explain it.
This is the best experience I have ever had when dealing with mobile electronics. When I need service in the future this establishment will be my very first call.

Spoke to a tech over the phone, and he helped with a quick solution to try out. If it doesn’t work, I’ll come in to see if it needs more serious repair. Will come back!

Phone screen sucked.. ghost texted entire time after repair then dropped off bed, hardly cracked, and screen went black. Had screen for 1 week and this store wouldn't honor the warranty because they couldn't recoup the $20 to send back to their supplier. It's pretty pathetic but understand this is a business, just poor customer retention/appreciation!

This is my second time coming to this business, the first time the person who treated me very well and we kindly asked for his bathroom and he agreed this time there was a rude guy, my 4 year old daughter was in charge of using the bathroom and he didn't allow us to use it. He rudely said they didn't have
And lastly, I brought my tablet to change the screen and they never told me that a button didn't work, that is, because they didn't call me to let me know and repair it.

Ran over my phone with my own car and destroyed the screen and LCD. Best price in town, perfect repair, zero evidence of damage. The person who helped me out was really great. I'd go out of my way to come back here for future repairs. Can't recommend highly enough.
