I haven't lived here for a full month, but in that short time, I've seen the power fail 2X because of rain showers that I wouldn't describe as anything other than "regular, heavy rain."
Three stars because I haven't had quite a full accounting of the place yet; will update after six months.

This is a terrible place!!!! I moved into this complex in January 2024. I have two cars. I parked my cars on the territory of this complex and on the very first day the windows in both cars were broken!!! They didn't even look at the surveillance cameras, all the managers said was that they were very sorry! Security is at zero here!! Coyotes are walking around the apartment and killing pets! In the 10 days that I lived in this complex, MY CAT WAS KILLED by ZHIVODERSKI!!! The police will not help you in any way and the managers will not compensate you in any way!! After what I experienced here, I left this complex for 10 days, and these soulless people also soullessly filed against me to collect a penalty under the contract. The staff only needs your money, and you take care of yourself!!! This terrible shock will remain forever in my memory!! My family and I have been through a terrible 10 days here!! I do not advise anyone!!!

My leasing agent, Sarah,. Amazing. Top line customer service all the way from the manager, the assistant manager and the other leasing agent whose name escapes me. The property is beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. I have zero complaints about this place. The Move in experience Has been under Amazing.

33Hundred is a beautifully established community with nice finishes and great amenities! Kelsie the property manager is exceptionally sweet and takes great care of the community! The maintenance is very efficient, timely and respectful! It is also very close to the Domain and a short drive to downtown. I highly recommend!
