My experience with 5tech auto was nothing short of spectacular from both a quality of work and customer experience perspective. When my car was caught in the bad hail storm a few months back in Austin I found myself in a situation where I needed heavy body work and PDR. Robert was able to guide me through the process and provided prompt updates and customer support throughout the project. When I retrieved my vehicle it looked better than when I originally bought it. My girlfriend also took her hail damaged vehicle to 5tech as well and received the same quality of service. They do work on all types of vehicles including luxury and utility. If you have found yourself in a situation like me or are in need of any body work I would highly urge you to call Robert at 5tech Auto.

Robert was very friendly and responsive. He quickly took my car in after the hail storm and was able to offer me a great deal. He even considered the price I paid for my rental car! Overall, he did a fantastic job on my car and went above and beyond to get all the body/windshield repairs done. I would recommend everyone to come see him!

Robert and his team were beyond amazing! He was so responsive when I would text him and would give me straightforward advice on what my car needed. He was such a delight to meet in person and as a female I felt that he was not trying to "pull one over" on me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge in regards to all things auto! The turnaround time was outstanding and I cannot recommend 5Tech auto enough! Although I am hoping I will not need to go there too often, but if I did I would not be mad since I know Robert will take care of it!

Robert was quick to respond with updates on my car, and he even told me the best day to bring it in so that it wouldn't be in the shop too long! I cannot recommend this place enough, as a girl it's always scary getting auto work done because you feel like you're getting scammed, but I have never felt safer and more secure that I was getting the best deal and the best service!!! Do yourself a favor and go here.
