You cannot beat the location if downtown. Having said that the 7-Eleven is shady at best. Lotta crazy people hanging out front every day. Enter at your own risk.

Suppose to be 24 hours doors locked and guys inside acting like he has a chip on his shoulder because 7 people are standing outside the door waiting so instead of providing customers with service he continues stocking the cooler wouldn't want this moron on my pay roll if you don't have customers you don't need inventory

This place is supposed to be 24hours but just went by and door was locked while employee inside was waving me away. Luckily a truck with a delivery of goods came to the door forcing employee to unlock door. Horrible customer service!! Employees must be getting paid to just sit behind locked doors while customers are forced to go somewhere else. Boo

The location at 969 is horrible. Many of the machines are out of order. The store is unclean and the food temperatures are questionable! Only ONE employee is customer service oriented. The manager is rude, disrespectful and a very poor representation of the 7-11 company. If he is an example,I'm so happy that QUIK Trip is opening a station right across the street!! The parking lot ALWAYS has trash in it and half of the time all of the pumps don't work! I will advise all of my friends and associates in this area to bypass that store and patronize QUIK Trip!!

Card skimmers on the gas pumps, was almost defrauded $2,100. Cheap gas, but it'll cost ya!

Terrible management. It's as if no one here cares. From the handwritten notes on the door filled with misspellings to under stocking to out and out rudeness. Staff seems focused on chores and not the customer.

The one located 969 has a rude employee but see less of him you would ask for hot coffee and he would yell at you not helpful and rude but starting to see people focused on customer service

Came in here to get my chai like I do in California but they didn't have it?! Oh well, I got something else that was pretty good... it's a 7-Eleven so my expectations isn't high. I'll just be happy to not be over charged, charged twice, or/and not thrown out. Yeah it's a jungle at 7-Eleven.

The daytime manager is extremely rude and use profanity do not recommend going to this location at all I would walk 15 miles to go to a different 7-Eleven to avoid this 7-Eleven. Pretty sure she supports Putin.

Terrible customer service. Bought three pieces of pizza for the 3/3$ deal, it was misentered by the employee so I didn't get the discount and the manager wouldn't do her job and look up the account to give me proper savings. This is when delegating tasks comes to priority and she needs to be represented severely. If you're 7eleven corporate you can reach me at my email associated with the account.

Customer Service is nonexistent.Loyal Customer who stopped supporting store a year ago.Staff is comfortable with cursing/arguing with customers over simple issues that they are responsible for addressing. For example, customer requested assistance with the espresso machine that wasn't working properly. But customer was unaware because there is no sign indicating "not working".Worker had a full blown cursing fit.It's horrible to see current reviews supporting experience and continuing decline. There is always one who will build up or destroy a brand.
