The bathroom has no soap so I asked the cashier can I wash my hands in the sink behind the counter cuz there's no soap in the bathroom. He said no there's no soap at that sink either. So I said where is there soap then. He said buy some. So I'm wondering if there's no soap here WHERE IS HE WASHING HIS HANDS?? I asked him and he didn't respond.

The manager is a very kind and responsible person with her work. but the cashiers are irresponsible. And lazy people, for example, one tells them that there is no coffee and, to put it better, they tell you there is no, and that's it, and that they are not busy, they do nothing, they see their work a while ago, if there was very good staff, but now I don't know where they got it from. those people who don't like to work and also have a very dirty store

I just went in to get wings for $5 and two tobacco products. I felt the cahier upped the charge, and I questioned him about it. He started yelling "You black people!" I asked him what did you say? Worst store ever!!! I will be contacting corporate.

Went to call as a transaction on a card of mine that went missing was declined and I tried to call to get to the bottom of what was going on. The person who answered the phone answered in Spanish, no problem I speak that as a second language. I repeat my question in Spanish and even used Google translate if my Spanish happened to be off. Still can't understand me apparently. Least help I've ever received. Never been to this location but that's all I need to know not to visit it and use one of the other stores.

Security guard around 2:30 in the afternoon harassed a loyal customer of several years outside 711 after making some purchases, lighting up a cigarette, and preparing, to leave. Security said it's private property. No smoking on the premises. Anyway, no, no smoking signs are posted, and it was just plain harassment on security's part.Another time about a couple years back another security guard harassed me after buying food there, and sitting down outside so I could just plain eat my food i just bought in the store..Saturday night (01/07/23) appx. 8:30 p.m., bought pizza with rewards, xl big gulp, and, asked for $5 cash back. Grand total: $12.01, and didn't get my $5.00.. Like i said, this happened around 8:30 Satrday, and clerk didn't give the $5.00 to me. They wouldn't roll the camera back to verify not giving the money to me, and I have bank transaction proof that my total was $12.01. This happened 2 times in the past 3 tears, except i never said anything the 1st time it happened. How can a clerk refuse to give customers their cash back? I asked the clerk like 5 times to give me my money, and he refused to give it to me. Now the extra $5 reflecting in my bank statement is money taken away from me by this etabkishment...This use to be 1 of my favorite 711s in Austin. This particular 711 did away with their outdoor seating area, and also their indoor counter, so lately when I purchase food and drinks I have to go outside and sit at a bench and eat my food.or find another businesses private seating area... I don't know how much longer I can tolerate the negatives from this particular 711, but it is convenient...

The employee working their tonight has zero education or communication skills. My card was charged 118.00 for 24.00 worth of gas so I told him their may be a skimmer and he told me that he spend r know what I’m talking about and not to blame other people. Horrible customer service at this location. The cashier forced all customers to leave backpacks at the entrance without providing reasoning. The cashier was also very rude to customers when processing the payment. This is creating an extremely negative image of the 7-Seven brand.
