Half the employees don't speak even broken English if you're in the drug market you can find anything you want just hang around a little while look on the ground if you need some used needles and drug baggies and if you look around the back if you can usually get your private parts service fairly cheaply it is a great One stop shop I would recommend it to anybody that wants to go home with syphilis

reeks of mold and they don’t check their expiration dates. Had the worst food poisoning after grabbing snacks from here just to check the expiration date and see it was months old.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I live in the area and drive to any other convenience store just to steer clear of this one.

The most disgusting & smelly 7-eleven I’ve ever been! Plus the terrible and incompetent staff makes this gas station my #1 to avoid! I literally live right next to this place and will drive up the road just to get gas or anything I need because of how awful my experiences are when I’m there!
Went today to get gas, the gas pump froze on the “select fuel screen” let the guy know and he supposedly restarted it but nothing happened when I tried to pump! I went inside again just for him to tell me he voided my transaction because “ I took too long”.
None of this made sense because I went back promptly to my car each time I talked to him. When I pointed out the nonsense of the situation and why I wasn’t just moved to a different pump. The two cashiers both started screaming claiming the system was the down and no one could get gas and that they couldn’t do anything. This was an obvious lie as I watched multiple people pumping gas.
If your into mold, leaky ceilings, and trying to get gas then being out 20 dollars just to have to drive to another gas station up the rode to actually get your gas then this would be the place for you. Sadly this is a franchise with owners and workers who don’t give a crap. Can’t wait for this place to close or get covered up by a new apartment complex. It’s a neighborhood eyesore honestly.
Also be sure to enter your rewards number promptly or the cashier will enter his and take the points for your transaction!

This is hands down the worst 7-11 in the city. I’m sure there are ones that look older or more dilapidated, but I have a hard time believing there is one with a dumber staff. No matter the time of day, they are just awful. This is less than a mile from my house and for more than 15 years now, I go out of my way to avoid it whenever possible because it is almost always a bad experience. I made the mistake of trying to go there tonight because it was on the way home. Never again. I’d rather run out of gas than give this store one more cent.
I am a 50 year old man that can’t buy a tobacco product because my ID won’t scan at this store. The idiot behind the counter must’ve tried to swipe my card about 30 times, over and over again like it’s somehow going to produce a different result after the first 3 tries. While I’m waiting and watching this moron, several people are sold beer without him even asking for an ID, yet I can’t buy a tobacco product, at 50 years old, with a valid TX drivers license, just because it the magnetic strip is worn and it won’t swipe anymore?!!!
There is a 7-11 a little further north on Airport and 38th and a half street and another on 7th street just east of Chicon. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead because it will definitely be a better experience. I myself went to one of them right after and was able to buy what I needed without any ID scanning. It’s shocking what can be accomplished when your staff actually knows how to use the equipment.

They Suck do not go here at night. They always close always have a sign on the door. Talk about the store is closed open at 5 AM delivers in online orders only it's somebody in there that could check people out. This is the only 7-Eleven. I know that don't stay open for the customers that made them. U You Are better off going to the one on AIRPORT across the street from the shells over there in the area by Taco Bell on AIRPORT

My local 7-11 Store is NOT open 24 hours. Paper sign on door saying store will reopen at 5 am. Don’t come here after 1 am expecting it to be open

This location is constantly closed from around 1:30am to 4:30am. The lights r all on like they're open but there's a big chain around the handle of the door to keep customers from entering.

The price advertised said $3.19 for regular unleaded. The price at the pump was $3.58. I think this is called bait and switch or false advertising.

A few of the pumps are always broken. The rest freeze up trying to process credit cards. The security seals are all broken, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were skimmers. I told the cashier the security seals were broken and he just laughed. They clearly couldn't care less.

I wish u could give negative stars on this place. Workers try to scam you out of money on prices that they have in store. I would avoid this place disrespectful workers too...tried to get some water that was 2 for 4 and they tried to charge me almost 7 dollars worker didn't even want to look at the sign that said that...BEWARE
