If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter has a service dog and we went here to grab something as soon as we walked in we were yelled at bc of the dog. I point out a service animal sticker clearly on display regarding service dogs they have on the window and the older small lady upfront kept yelling at my daughter from across the store. She said she didn’t care but the owner doesn’t allow any kind of dogs whether it’s service or not. Then the other cashier butted in saying I was having an attitude. These employees are going to cost this store a lawsuit eventually for this reason bc it has happened to others. Crazy you all refuse service dogs but have the dirtiest employees working for the store..a worker with super greasy hair started saying it’s nasty and blah blah blah…however he had a odor and looked like he hadn’t showered in days. Do better 7/11

Manager was yelling at me from across the store accusing me of stealing soda from the fountain, I poured 4 before I found one that wasn't out of order. Then when I asked if she wanted me to tell her which ones were out she started getting visibly angry and aggressive. She started yelling at me saying the deliver got here an hour ago and to give her a break she hasn't had time to put it up yet. Then I asked what the point of yelling at me from across the store was. She finally started to threaten me saying I couldn't handle it if she yelled at me and that I would know that I screwed up. Very unprofessional, very irrational. I'm cancelling my 711 gold membership and I will not be going here as long as the old woman is there. I go here all the time, she just lost her voice a few weeks ago and now she wants to yell and raise her voice at me because she thinks I'm stealing soda??? I warn anyone going here, the old woman with glasses is a problem. She seems like she is just looking for trouble... Very sad.

Very bad behavior from the employee who said she was a manager but did not give her name. She should be more respectful to the clientele since the client should not treat her badly by still asking if she was a police officer and yelling in front of all the people

Just like the previous review, "Trina" or whatever her name is, needs retrained about service animals. She refuses service animals without valid service animal identification. She stated, "Don't bring up the law to me" and "Service animals cost $15,000, can you afford $15,000?" Yeah, actually I can since I don't work at 7-Eleven. Bye Trina

Not surprised by the low rating here. The employee was incredibly hostile with me when I entered with the service dog I am training (all the paperwork to back this up despite it legally not being necessary). No dogs allowed period. He followed me around the store shouting NO DOGS ALLOWED and not only is this rude, but illegal. I asked for the owner's number and the employee had it memorized (which must tell you he's given it out before), and the owner was actually kind and listened but told me his partner instituted the rule due to fake service dogs being brought in and disrupting things. I informed him about the two questions you can legally ask someone who brings in a service animal, and it's not my fault that his employees have not been properly trained in this, but definitely doesn't make it OK to ILLEGALLY DISCRIMINATE while they are figuring it out.

Today I was refused service by a real disgruntled cashier stating my service animal with papers could not enter per owner... I stated having liked to see a post anywhere or in writing not because he spurts it out. No nothing. Nice lady deescalated issue by being nice not necessarily correct re: open food. Sad

The employee refused to give me cash back because I wasn’t actually going to grab the cup of ice he was charging me for. I think it’s a requirement to have a face tattoo to work at 7/11. Also, the ice machine has been broken for what seems like an eternity.

The owners of this 7-Eleven franchise don't care about their urine-infested/infused locale. The stench is incredible, and the visual is unsightly. I'm never stopping at this location ever again.
