whoever is operating this 7-11 needs to fire all of the employees. everyday they lock the doors from 1am-5am and sit there watching tv. they put a sign saying 20 min break but will be locked for hours. they discriminate against people and abuse their “power.” my friend was once locked in the store because they accused her of stealing and wouldn’t let her out until she emptied her pockets and dumped the contents on the floor to prove she wasn’t. they also accused my neighbor of stealing and beat her car and purse with a large stick. a bystander had to intervene and tell him to stop assaulting this woman. they are out of their minds and disgusting people. corporate needs to do something about them.

This store closes for hours at a time
during the week mornings. The night guy has an attitude problem. I won’t shop there again.

I’ve always had great experiences at other locations, but the cashier would not heat up a full pizza that I planned on purchasing at the store. Had they had whole pies ready I would’ve bought that.

This dude stereotypes people for no reason! Brought my little ice chest in eiht me and he asked me to leave it by the door, no problem I did that and grabbed a bootled drink and went to grab an ice cream and hble started yelling at me while I was looking what I wanted i made my way up to the front and he grabbed the drink out of my hand and told me to leave and I asked him what for and he said just i made my way up to the front and he grabbed the drink out of my hand and told me to leave and I asked him what for and he said because he doesn't have to serve me and I told him I have cash and EBT and he stereotyped me because I have a backpack and ice chest? that's so stupid!, I will be leaving bad reviews about this place every chance I get

I left today and they lost a customer because a homeless person was being aggressive and asking for money following me from pump to pump. Tall African American 2:45 pm Wednesday the 25th of June.

A typical 711, with Exxon gas. Conveniently located in the neighborhood, but they’re often a lot of sketchy people hanging around here. The people who work here are often rude and unhelpful. They have a car wash, and near the gas pumps is an air pump for your tires as well.

Just came by 711 to try a cup of coffee before my morning exercise. He just lost a customer. I asked simply how much a cup of coffee is because I usually don't drink it. I knew it's probably under 4$ but some place are more. His reply was to ask me if I had money. I walked out instead. So he just lost a customer that could be regular.

I'm usually here all the time because it's right around The corner, an I usually buy one of the two slices of pizza and a Coke special and it's never a problem. But this time I grabbed the slices of pizza paid and then went to go grab my Coke (after paying The price for the special)and the man told me I can't. And didn't explain why 0/10
hate this place now
and I'm a club/loyalty member. Whatever it is…. I'm super kind to everybody when I come in and this man just wants to be super sideways to me for no reason

If you open the bathroom door it's like having hepatitis C jump at you. I do not understand why all of the bathrooms in most of the 7-Elevens in Austin are allowed to be that disgusting. The bathroom alone should shut the 7-Eleven down

I've never had any issues like the other reviews and the employees are fine in my experience. only giving 3 stars because I'm tired of being panhandled every time I stop here. if I see them waiting now near the door I just keep driving

PSA: NEVER COME HEREI just payed $30 for a disposable vape here. If any of you vape you know that disposables like classic elf bars, esco bars ect. are all under $25. This jackass just charged me $25.00 with tax to $29.22. For anyone wondering how they do this they just ring up a random product that is more expensive than the item you want so they can cash out from the register at the end of their shift. Clear scammers. I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office after I read all the reviews complaining about how much of a mess this location is.
