If I could give this place zero stars I would! STAY AWAY from this 7 Eleven!!!! There are other 7 Eleven stores very close by and would recommend you go to ANY other than this one. I have been in this store many times while working (Uber/Lyft) as I live outside of Austin and need to refill on fountain drinks and coffee. Last night I went in and was using the restroom when the cashier started banging on the door. By that time I had finished and was washing my hands and fixing my hair. When I went to the door he yelled at me and what I thought he said was he needed to clean the bathroom? I let it go and went about my business. When I tried to get coffee the guy wouldn't let me use the machine! He said something again about cleaning...eventhough he never even went to the restroom he so rudely rushed me out of! So no coffe, ok. Get my fountain drink jugs filled and paid for. I'm outside, by my car, putting the jugs in my car and doing a general reorganization for my next passenger... this guy comes out and starts yelling that I can't park there. Mind you, I'm in a parking space right in front of the store. He tells me that I can only stay for 10 minutes! This is the point in which I realize that this idiot has been rushing me out the store because for whatever reason he has likened me to the people who go to gas stations to bath, loiter, and hang out in general. I spent my money here! I have been to this store at least 4 times this week to buy my drinks, chips, cigarettes, vapes, whatever I needed that day. NOT ONCE have I stayed more than 15 minutes! The audacity of the worker is offensive and down right uncalled for. My husband works for UPS and my real job is with the state...know this SIR, you have made an impression and believe that everyone that I come across will hear how you treat people! Along with the people my family talks to, and so on and so on.

Holy Hannah!! Stopped by this location today on my way to the nearby Asian market because I needed to tinkle. My good friend owns a 7 Eleven in UT and she keeps her location SPOTLESS so I figured I was safe. NOPE. If I didn't have to go so bad I would have turned right back around I haven't seen such a dirty public bathroom since I was a kid in the 70s at the local parks before Parks n Rec started paying closer attention!!! The sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in WEEKS. There was an unknown "substance" on the floor in front of the commode; I had to place my feet to the side and "hover". I wasn't touching that seat!!! And that was AFTER applying several layers of tissue from the broken dispense I can understand when a location is constantly busy etc MAYBE the bathroom can be overlooked THAT DAY? But while I was the there (and it was at the height of rush hour) there were only a couple of patrons in the store and one of the employees was just standing at the register while the other dropped the deposit. Ten minutes people!!! That's all is takes! Ten minutes a few times a day!!! You can do it!!

The people who work here. Suck. Not helpful or nice at all. If I wanted to get help from a wall. I would have stayed home. So if your in a desperate situation. Do not come here.

Go into the store today and spend $29 and some change and I tried to use a card but it said declined so I get home and call my acct and it had the money on there. So I gave him $40 in cash and he gives me $9 and change back... If I'm not mistaken I should have gotten $10 and change back. I know it's only a dollar but I worked for that $1 and not to be taken from a cashier all because he can't count or read the change back on the register. I was in a hurry and had my you daughter with me and it was a line of people so it didn't dawn on me that I just go cheated out of my money. Something needs to be done and he had to rering my items 2 different times which I found odd. If I could give zero stars I would have. I don't recommend this location for anyone. Or pay attention to your change or you will get cheated. I'm sure his register will be over at the end of his shift and I'm sure it will just go in his pocket. Scammer

Been coming here for the last 3 years. The guys behind the counter are very nice and helpful. But be very careful when using a credit/debt card for fuel they only give you 2 minutes to start you pumps. If you don't start you fueling within those 2 minutes they cancel your purchase and you have to pay again then wait for your first payment to be refunded to your card. It's not the greatest system. My advice is only use cash here.
