Used to go every morning. The 2 guys that used to run it day and night were the best. Fresh food always ready, nice coffee machine always running smoothly, or they'd fix it quick or replace the milk and get it going. Place was clean and a good experience.
Nowadays nothing is ready or working. Can't ever get coffee in the morning from the machine, not many donuts out, and one of the employees seriously doesn't know how their own rewards system works. Tells me it's declined every time I get a free coffee with points.
Sucks I can't have my morning coffee on the way to work anymore, gotta go to the 7-Eleven near there. Manor/51st location is always a 5 star experience. This location has gotten too bad to keep trying, sorry y'all be warned.

Asked for 1 slice of pizza and the clerk stated that they aren't allowed to serve you one slice, that you have to buy 2 or get the combo meal. Someone needs to train their employees better

After a long drive stopped at 711 for gas and restroom break- the bathroom was very dirty and smelled of very strong urine. Has not been cleaned for a very long time. One bathroom for both sexes with no lock on the door to stop men from entering while a women is in there. It was disgusting!! I went to QT.

I had to use one of my back up cards here at this location due to me leaving the rest at home. And a few days later I got a charge declined for $100. Be careful there are skimmers on the card readers INSIDE the location. Thank goodness I have my card turned off normally.

An employee bent down and started to mop the stall being weird while I was using the toilet. Then stuck his hand over the stall asking for me to hand him something. (Could not hear him) super strange experience for fuel and latrine ..

Just paid $30 for a case of water here. Not kidding. The cashier didn’t speak English or Spanish and had to call the manager/owner who confirmed it was, in fact, $30. So just openly and proudly scamming people. Exploitation is not good business. Have some respect for yourself and other people.

My last visit in store was in the summer. It was earlier morning like about 6-6:30am. The cashier (male) at the time appeared to be tired from working overnight. I said good morning he looked at me with disgust. Because he was stocking inventory or whatever. I asked to put purchase gas in my car on pump 3. I told him these and when I get to my car the gas pump wasn't working. I walked back in and told him and said you said pump 7. I don't say anything I thought to myself hmm maybe I didn't. Then when I go outside pump 7 has a bag on it saying out of order. I wanted to go back in and let him know he was wrong. I knew I said pump 3. Pump 7 must have been on his brain because it wasn't working. But anyway I went on by my day. It took me a while to write this review because I was hesitant on writing. However, I am speaking my peace on everything before the year is out. That really bothered me because I am in customer service. My husband have had a bad experience here also. We both don't go to this store anymore. I drive to the citgo or HEB gas station. I am glad they are building a QTrip near. I know I'm just one customer and this will not stop that money flow.

This place is very rude! The cashier called me chubby, and tried to accuse me of stealing a sandwich. And then the owner didn’t want to check the cameras, but kept saying that he will check them tomorrow. And the bathroom smelled so bad. It needs cleaning.
