Come in here often and use my phone to scan to get points and reduced prices, and the cashier just brushed it off and made me pay more. WILL NOT BE BACK

If I could leave zero starts I would. We just stopped at this store my 15 year old niece used the microwave to heat up a soup we had just paid for when the owner came from behind the counter and snatched her up by her hoodie because the microwave is off limits to customers

There is a guy who goes around asking for gas money and uses it to buy cigarettes, this is not a one time thing, he has done this with multiple people.

WARNING .... this store has either a cc skimmer or dishonest employee. I'd actually liked this store ... but received fraudulent charges to my bank card after my last visit ... I would avoid this location or Only use cash here if you stop ...

If you do to 711 rewards then this is your location with some of the more inexpensive gas for this area and I guess a competitor to the 7-Eleven across the street laugh out loudSo apparently it's different owners 4711 one uses axe on this other one uses another brand!Both locations have the same general offerings to this location does not have a car wash like the one across the streetThis is the only area I know of where you have two 7-Elevens across from each other competing with one anotherThis 7/11 a little more organized than the one across the street but a little less offering I noticed and various different drinks and foods

Sales for labels are wrong and misleading. When I let them know they just said sorry and then told me I was lying. Condescending customer service. 7-11 has become con artists.

Went to this gas station at 7:30am and waited in line for ten minutes while the cashier was busy preparing the hot food and not checking people out timely. Bad management at this 7/11.

Bought 3 taco and cheese wraps. I took a bite, inside the taquito was mold throughout the whole thing.Things happen. I’m sure the cashier didn’t know. So I took it back and let him know that others may have the same issue and to get my money back. He sits there with a confused and angry look on his face. Didn’t refund my money or even acknowledge that there was a problem.

Horrible customer service. Worker got two monsters not realizing it’s buy two get one free. He went back in after I told him and the guy at the front wouldn’t let him get his other one free.

No wonder 7'11 became DK. Hopefully that means they hire more competent help. Or at least clerk's without a MAJOR ATTITUDE. I won't be back anytime soon.

Very clean and the staff was beyond polite and courteous. Best 711 I've been to. Food was hot and good and fresh.
