Usually ⅓ of the pumps are out of service. And of those that are working, ⅓ of the time they pump so slowly, I give up after 2 or 3 gallons. It's a convenient location for me but the experience is so terrible, I don't even bother any more. What an embarrassment.

Julia's my favorite! She's always so nice to me even though I'm kind of weird LOL. And I love that about this store. All the employees have their own unique personalities and are super cool!

Most pumps are out of service and the ones that do work are slower than an 80 year old running a marathon. Pitiful, never come here.

They are the worst They will robyou blind i bought 2 lunch plates and they charged me for 3 until I was back in my truck I decided to look at the receipt I noticed what they charged me then I went back inside the cashiers name is Freddy so double check your receipt people otherwise you will get the special of buy 3 and get 2 by Freddy Kruger

This has to be the worst 7-Eleven I’ve dealt with. I tried to use a promotion code through DoorDash, only to find out this 7-Eleven was out of stock on the item I wanted. The cashier wouldn’t help at all—just removed it from the order and didn’t care that I’d lose the promo credit and I was not even warned in advanced. DoorDash doesn’t refund promo credits, so I basically wasted my money. Super frustrating and a terrible experience overall.

Second time reviewing this place for same reason . It’s 4:58 pm. Got gas and went in to use the restroom. Restrooms were blocked with lottery booth as usual, with a sign that said “closed.” Went thru anyway to see that nothing was off with restrooms. They were clean and in working service. So they were in only closed cuz staff is too lazy to keep them open to public that pays for services. I understand people just wondering in, but people that actually pay for gas or food? I mean come on now. Reported this while back and was sent an email to fill out a form. Nothing changed apparently cuz here it is 5pm and customers are too not allowed to use restroom cuz staff are too lazy to keep up I guess. This is illegal and also unethical.
Here I am yet again third time. This store is LAZY it’s 6pm and bathroom still blocked off with lottery booth. Makes no sense. It’s Texas law if you serve food that you should provide a public bathroom and even though this place has a very useful and clean bathroom they refuse to allow customers to have access to it. Even after filling out “form” that management claims will help with issue still the same issue for months. This place is in violation of Texas law and I will at this point be reporting them. I’ve tried leaving reviews hoping management would do something about this but they refuse. You can’t have a public establishment without offering public utilities to its paying guests.

No matter what day it is, what the situation is, who is or isn't inside, the bathrooms always, ALWAYS smell like someone just had an insanely bad Taco Bell from hell explosion. The default smell for the restroom is like someone left their decaying insides in the stall. Disgusting.

Literally every. single. time I order from this store via DoorDash, they either send me the wrong items or damaged ones. After 10+ orders I’ve yet to actually receive a fully correct order. They’re completely careless and they seem to severely lack attention to detail and just grab whatever is similar and throw it in a bag. I’m done

Freddy an older gentleman with an accent was completely disrespectful and rude to me because I am a woman. I have gone to this location for years, pretty much every other day. This is very sad and I hope this location does something about his lack of customer service

Incredibly rude cashier. Ignored me for at least 5 minutes then tried to force me to use the self checkout even though I explained to her that I wanted to use my points.

This store is so dirty they should not be able to serve food out of the store. The restrooms were even worse. I have never seen something so bad. I asked the manager why is it so dirty in here and she just laughed and Said I was rude for saying that it was filthy. This used to be a nice 7-Eleven now it is just a dump

The whole place was incredibly dirty and I have never been in a worse gas station. One toilet didn’t have any toilet paper and also had exposed electrical wires and both of them were disgusting and the soap dispenser was out so they just threw a bar of soap down. There is zero excuse for this place and considering it seems to have been going on for a year now with out anyone doing anything about it. I hope someone gets electrocuted by those live wires so they can sue the hell out of this place and maybe then 7-11 would actually do something about it
