The folks could careless about customer service. I put $2 into air pump machine and it would not work. The cashier said I will let the manager know; basically blowing me off.The entire time the manager was behind him making pizza. He seen me and heard the conversation. They didn't refund my money. I just walked out shaking my head. It's not about the money it's about the principal. Do right by your customers and they will do right by you. In this case they lost me as a returning customer and get a bad review

The dude with the gauges and the SnapBack needs to stop pouting and do his job. The other two men that work there always make me feel welcome and I'm usually in and out quick. Mr. Cool ignored me for no reason and doesn't communicate well.

Used to be a pretty good one before they changed owners. Now the fridge that normally holds the pizzas and sandwiches brakes on a pretty regular basis. I once found food in it that was moldy. The card reader is never work.And while this probably isn't their fault, 7-Eleven seems to have changed something about their cappuccinos and the flavor is off. It was one of the only things I looked forward to getting specifically at 7-Eleven.

Every time I goes there for bathroom. I work as trash service at night. Any time, I had to goes to the bathroom. There was never been clean or repair or restock the item. The employees and the manager just doesn't care. I was about to call health department to do some investigation. I have some issue with other few of 711 gas station that are not clean. I know few gas station's bathroom has been clean cuz I goes there sometimes.

Avoid this location like the plague, they specifically have their 7-11 Rewards connection turned off so you can't redeem or get anything from here.

The pump was not taking my Chevron card. I was told that I had to pre-pay to use the pumps. No pumps as a Chevron station was taking Chevron cards. This is ridiculous. I had to go inside and I still did not spend money in the store. I pre-paid with the card the pump would not accept my transaction. After completion if you spend more, they have to adjust your card.
