They keep fountain drink and slurpee cups and lids behind the counter so you have to wait until the cashier is done checking out everyone else. I waited for a cup, finally got one but no lid, then was given the āgive me a minuteā finger when I asked for the lid, because he had ran back to the register to check one the one and only person in line who had just come in.

This is the worst 711 I've ever been to. The staff has no idea what your saying, so you can't order any food. They have no idea how to use credit cards other than push their button, and they don't care when you talk to them or ask them something. This 711 used to be very nice, but the new workers they have are terrible. They have no idea about anything. They never restock anything, everything is expired, and everything they do have you can't ask for because they have no idea what your saying. They will charge your card and then say it doesnt work and then take the full cash amount. They are double charging people, and when you tell them, they have absolutely no idea what your saying, how to fix it, or anything. And every....single....time....ive been in there its been a customer desperately trying to talk to a worker, and they just dont care and say yes over and over. This is a good area, the customer service ahould reflect that. Its their attitude of not trying to understand what your saying, not that they cant speak english. Do better 711, this is ridiculous. Absolutely crazy you would let it go like this
