The women who work here are rude. They fail to acknowledge customers and are generally unfriendly. They do not greet you when you come to the counter and act like it is a nucence to ring you up. They act like they hate their job, which is fine but I did not hire you. The guys are great. Everyone has a bad day but not every day. Will stop going and move to a friendly store.

I’m seriously concerned about how irresponsibly this gas station handles kratom-based products like “Feel Free.” They’re stocked at toddler height, completely out of view of the cashier — wide open for anyone, including minors, to grab. I personally know of kids who got addicted after stealing these elixirs from stores with the same careless setup. I’ve told the manager multiple times that these should be behind the counter, but he keeps ignoring me. This is not just bad business — it’s dangerous. Until they take responsibility, I’d avoid this place.

As 7-Elevens go, this is pretty good place. The only thing I have a question about is whether their pecan coffee is really pecan. I’ve had it several times and it doesn’t taste like pecan coffee at all nor does it smell like pecan. It taste just like regular coffee. maybe the bags were mixed up?

Filthy bathroom with no soap, dirty sink and trash all over floors, dirty toilet, loose toilet paper roll. Don’t use the restroom here

Ok for my first 9 months living over here it was great. I went almost every day for drinks. Over the last couple months something seems to have change. As of 7/29/24 I went and there were at least 5 pumps broke. Inside the drink machine is now always out of drinks. As of the above date they had at least 5 drinks out of service.
Also the slushie machine is now out a lot. Hot food not restocked. Listen there were two guys that are amazing there. They were the reliable ones that seem to always get stuff done. It seems recently they hired some new people and they have let the place fall. Guess it’s back to QT

I don't usually leave google reviews but I want to give a shout out to the staff at this 711 location. I stop in here all the time and will always choose it over other convenience stores nearby because the staff is really friendly. Even though it is always a short interaction they deliver a good customer service experience- an understandable rarity for convenience stores. Unfortunately I don't have their names but the daytime team is awesome!

I stopped by to purchase a six pack of beer some munchies I was being stared at as if I was stealing by some woman that looks like she used a Sharpie to paint in her eyebrows she looks like she's from the ghetto and she's looking at me as if I'm stealing somebody please tell her to stop using a Sharpie marker to do her eyebrows

If you need to go to restroom while adding gas, avoid this gas station. They don't have restrooms for the public. The employees are not friendly either.
