This was my first ever time being mad at someone in a gas station store. The indian cashier was such a horrible man. I was so pissed. We got in a whole argument because he wouldn’t let me go even tho I payed for an item in the app using “scan and go” I contacted customer support and they said “someone will get to you soon regarding a refund through email.”
This place is really ghetto and I really don’t recommend anyone going.

I would give it zero stars if i could so I went into this location a couple nights agothis is my second time visiting thislocationthe first time wasn't all that greatof an experiencelately I've been using the 7-Eleven app as I do like the rewardsandI've been using the Pay Mobile feature7-Eleven have been going to and have no issues this store said it was eligible to pay through my phone so I didwhen I went to go give the attendant the receipt he looked at me like I was cheating him and I explained to him what was going on and he said that I was using a fake app that I wasn't using at 7-Eleven app even though I walked him through it over and over again and continue to get aggressive with me and disrespectfulcan you tell me he would refuse to let me take the items from the store that I had already paid for and that I had to pay through his systemthe night at 10:00 at the store is never friendly I walked in both times and said hello and he just gave me a smirkhe is always on his phone when you're asking a question or in this situation where his phone call was more important than what I was trying to explain to himit's very obvious that this gentlemandoes not care about this is 7-Eleven customer serviceit is not value his job I need does not care about the customershe cares more about what's going on with his phoneI'm going to attach the receiptdo this reviewthe first time I went in there I was going to get a muffin and a bottle of waterand unfortunately I thought I had enoughbut I did not so I had to put them up and back in the attendant was telling me that I had to buy the muffin and that I didn't need the water and I told him the water was for my dog and then he was telling me how I didn't need to worry about the dog and the dog didn't need waterI told the gentleman politely that I'm going to buy the water for my dog and the muffin backthat was about a 10-minute argumentthey really need to find a new person to work at night at this storeI will not be returning to the store until I get my money back for what I've already paid for

The attendant was very rude and unbecoming of a gentleman and wasted a good cup of coffee that I was willing to pay cash for... And the store was disgusting when it comes to cleanliness.

My daughter bought a 7-pound bag of ice and it came out to $3.73 dollars, which is super expensive. Almost a bag of ice costs the same as a gallon of gasoline at $4.69

This store sucks. They will close randomly for no reason. They are NOT opened 24/7. They need to update their hours. Laziest employees I've ever seen. It would benefit the community if this place burned down.

IDK why, but they blare opera music at night from their outdoor speakers. It doesn't keep the knuckleheads from congregating to tell you they love you when you walk past them. Super duper slammed and dirty on a Saturday night, bless their hearts. Sketch Town 7-E.

This place is very dingy inside. I think there are a lot of 7-Elevens around here that are like franchises a not company owned. Two things that happened in there that I did not like. First, I pulled up to the pump and tried to pump gas. I slid my card in and out two or three times and it never worked so I gave up. I then went inside and ordered two pieces of pizza. As I was ordering the pizza I said something to the man behind the counter about the card reader. He said he already knew about it. If he knew about it why did he not walk outside and put a sign on their saying something to that effect so people didn't waste their time at that pump? After that, I walked outside with my two pieces of pizza and got my car and opened them up to eat them. They looked like they were about a day old they were dry and horrible and he had the nerve to sell them to me. I would stay away from this place.
