The service here is very poor. I’ve come here many times because I have to admit that the products here are more complete. However, it’s very disappointing that none of the employees are friendly — even the cashier never says “thank you” after completing a transaction. I think all the staff here, without exception, need to be taught proper manners. Even the male staff standing next to the cashier — I’m not sure what his position is, but he doesn’t even smile at customers, and the way he looks at customers is impolite.

I stop by 99 Ranch for dim sum all the time and it’s consistently excellent. The selection is wide, everything tastes fresh, and I’ve never felt like I wasted money—nothing I’ve tried has been a miss. The only downside is seating; there just aren’t enough tables during busy hours, so be ready to wait or come early. Still, the quality makes it worth it. If you’re here, dim sum is a must-try.

The supermarket is huge and has all sorts of Asian snacks and ingredients. And the rest of the mall is full of cool shops and delicious restaurants - the dumplings at Steamies were a big favorite!!
