They messed up my rims while putting the tires on. That wasn't even the worst part. They didn't put the tire on properly and it caused it to blow out. It caused me a lot of trouble and now I will have to take them to court because they don't want to do anything.

This place saved the day! I was shopping at ACR right across the street, and when I came back to my car, I noticed my back left tire was totally flat. Filled with dread, I figured I would have to leave my truck bed full of art supplies in the lot overnight, take an uber home, and maybe tow my truck somewhere the next day?! I was SO lucky to realize that A-1 was close enough for me to slowly roll over to, right before closing time.When I got there, they were gracious, helpful, and friendly, and even stayed open a little late to patch my tire. (Actually, TWO tires - they noticed that I had picked up nails/screws in the front right as well.) It only took a few minutes and it was about $35 - a great value, and SUCH a relief compared to my worst case scenario. I am forever grateful!

A good business run by good people. They really helped me out and worked with me. They didn't overcharge me or ask for anything unreasonable. They explained everything clearly and were perfect to work with. Would definitely recommend to come here if you've got tire issues.

Terrible service, they are liars. I was told to meet at my vehicle at 5pm. Upon arriving at said time I called for a status update to which they said it would take them another 45 minutes.. an hour and a half passed so I called again, still sitting in my incapacitated vehicle. They then told me it would be another 30 minutes.. an hour goes by, it is now 7:30, so I call again and am told the service vehicle is still 30 minutes out.. I call again at 8pm after no one showed up and received no answers or a call back.

Juan and the crew are absolutely amazing...A-1 tires are the best...Been going here for over 20yrs...I won't go anywhere else. I come from Liberty Hill just to get served.very friendly n efficient..Customer satisfaction

I came here with a flat tire thinking I would need to buy a new one, but they were caring and communicative and let me know that all it needed was a patch (which was very affordable) and I was good to go. Now I've gotten my second patch from them, and I'm very thankful!

Do not come to this place. It definitely sucks, if you come an hour before before someone that's Paying more than you are they'll pass that person before you. If you are getting a patch they won't give a damn about because they know you aren't spending that much so be aware of this place. It's very incredible. When I first came they said you going after this car an hour later the dude came to me and told me that the other 3 cars that came after me are going first because they are getting bigger work and I was just getting a patch. I'm glad I didn't get the work done there. If could do zero star I would Edgar's tires shop it's the best in Austin Texas just 5 mins from this Assh*** and wayyyyy better services I waited no mins and they fix my problem in 10 mins

BEWARE! DON'T GET TIRES FROM THEM. They will give you one price over the phone and another one when you get there. They will tell you that someone else put a down payment on the tire you inquired about and the only way to get the tire is paying more for it (outbid). What kind of business is that? They are ripping off two people. My son called 30 mins ahead, was told it would be $60 out the door, got there and charged him $80. Same BS excuse...."tire had a down payment on it already" ....he had to outbid...shame on A-1 TIRES.

Worst customers service. I recommend please don’t go to this shop. They agreed to charge me 130 for tire. After putting new tire they charged me more and Almost start fighting with me. Please do not ever go to this place.
