Towed my car when it was legally parked in my own, registered apartment complex. They claimed the license plate didn’t match the registration, even though I proved to them that it did. They told me I could talk to customer service. Customer service told me they would take 5 business days to get back to me. This place is just organized crime.

Got ran off the freeway by one of their drivers on I-35. Driver of their tow truck would have killed us if I hadn't be driving defensively. They wouldn't answer their phone so figured I would post instead. Do better.

I would give no stars if it allows me to. We payed for parking until 12:06am and they towed our car at 11:57 pm. We called your number and the girl who answered refused to help us in anyway and hung up on us several times when we continuously asked to speak to management. When we tried to call back your employee screened our calls continuously. We had to call from a different number in order to get her to answer. She proceeded to hang up on us again. We called 311( non emergency version of 911) and filed a report with them, explained to the lovely lady at 311 what happened. She was so appalled with the situation and how your company and employee handled it she called herself and your employee even refused to assist an emergency dispatch worker and provided no information. We have submitted the proof of the time we paid for, the end time of our paid parking, and the time your drivers towed our car. We have submitted a police report and plan to take full action against your company for essentially stealing our vehicle by wrongfully towing our car. Because of your drivers blatant disregard for policy and lack of basic understanding of how paid parking works, as well as your awful customer service representative being unwilling to help and displaying continuous disrespect, we had to Uber to work. We will be seeking reimbursement along with taking other action against your company.

Had a vehicle towed despite being in the apartments guest parking system. When we called the tow service, they said they did not have our vehicle. We thought the vehicle was stolen and started filing a report.
We called back and they did have the car on the lot and see that our car was registered in the system. They refused to give us the car back and told us to pay the fee or deal with the customer service.
If your car gets towed by this company just know that even if your car is registered they'll tow it anyway because of a camera on their truck says so. There is no backchecking of info. They will just take your vehicle no matter what.
For example, if someone were to place tape on your plate or it was too dirty to recognize on camera, they will tow it. The color and model of vehicle on the site where you register the vehicle honestly does not matter. They will not check and will tow at your expense. Zero due diligence.
This scummy practice, shotty customer service, and refusal to return our vehicle without paying the fee motivated me to no longer rent from apartments.
So thanks AA Wrecking.

A sorry, horrible, and done right unprofessional company. You have to wait 2-3 days just for someone to contact you back which is insane. This place should not be a company, they are just a bunch of scammers honestly. It’s so sad that this company is around and taking peoples money. Do not become a customer with them and if your apartment complex uses them plz register your car with them or they’ll just take it. If I could they would get a negative star from me.

Worsted customer service the girl that answered the as rude and put in the address wrong and then said your not a customer and hung up but we are a customer and called back and told here i have your sighs here and she said sorry I can’t help you. And hung up again. And 3hr passed by and the car I asked to yow never got towed 🤦♂️

What a joke of a company. An electric vehicle was parked in an electric vehicle charging space where the charger was broken - LIKE ALWAYS - and threatens to tow. Get a clue and do better. It’s still an electric vehicle space. I’m embarrassed for your ignorance.
