I've been a member for 36 years. Not every experience has been stellar but overall it's been very good. It is member owned (all credit unions are) so if you aren't happy with a policy and you have the time, willingness, and energy to get involved you can contact a board member to make your opinions known. Regarding the baseball cap and sunglasses policy, I've been told the reasoning is they want to get a clear image of branch visitors on surveillance video in order to discourage/solve robberies. A teller once told me she actually gets more complaints about this policy from A+ members who work in law enforcement. Funny. That said, this is Texas afterall, where it's usually hot and sunny so most of us walk through the doors in at least sunglasses.

OMG. This bank fined me $7.50/month for a service that I never used. They said it was easy to select by mistake on their phone app (so why don't they fix it?). They owed me $142 for all the months they dinged me, but only credited me $30. They also are relentless in trying to upsell you their services. Almost to the point of harassment. Looks like they found a creative way to scam money without permission with the creepy app. Taking my business elsewhere. Too bad, they have a lot of convenient locations. :P So I emailed Kelsey twice with no response.... The funds just appeared back into my account. Thank you A+! Please fix your app. :)

The staff is always extra super helpful and always very charming. However this location does not have lobby hours on Saturday's. Other than that its one of the best credit unions I've been part of

Love all the staff at this location. Some clerks have switched locations but this location keeps getting all the friendly ones. Except for management, it's the same crew and they are Outstanding!
