These guys found a rare bushing set for 25-year-old f250 steering column shifter and nobody else had and they do not sell many. In fact, they have never heard of the machine set but researched it and found one in the warehouse. Crisis averted! Thank you!!

The people at this store are nice and helpful. The tow truck company is making all the money from booting people's cars not the auto parts store. If you choose to go to heavily crowded venues and risk parking in another business' lot, then that goes hand in hand with dealing with tow truck drivers in the area that know this is probably a hot spot for earning commission.

Travis was great. He helped me replace my windshield wipers at a moments notice. No questions asked he just walked out of the store and slapped them on for me.

For years their lot has served as defacto parking for Radio in the evenings. They are no longer ok with this, which is obviously their right.
However, how you go about things matters. The neighborly thing would have been to put up a sign saying "No Radio parking. We will tow." Instead their towing company booted every car in the lot a few minutes before bluegrass ended at Radio.
Putting up a sign would have stopped people from parking there. Instead this is costing people thousands and thousands of dollars to get the boots taken off. You have to question the motivation.

Would NEVER buy anything from a business that is using their oversized parking lot to rob people that are going to the business across the street even on a day when their business is closed they are booting people's cars and making them pay $100 dollars to get their car un-booted! Absolutely ridiculous that they have a parking lot 3x to big for their business but doing this to people! Hell make people have to pay $10 to park in your parking lot and make some honest money, instead of screwing people over like that for a $$.

Nice guy working there, very helpful and said he's been with the company a long time. Tested my battery that AutoZone said was bad. Charges it over the weekend and it ended up being good still.

This auto parts store is one of the best of the best. Knowledgeable people, very helpful, and just what I needed when I showed up 15 min before closing with a bad coolant leak and overheating F150. They hooked me up with the proper coolant for my truck and I made it home.

I came in for Subaru lightbulbs for the license plate. Three men in store. Not one greeted me as I walked in. I was looking for the bulbs, then I asked a man to help me find them. He did. Then I went to pay and asked him if he knew how to put those on. He said, no”. I said okay I’ll look at YouTube. The I asked if he knew if I had to have tools. He said ‘check with YouTube but probably you’re gonna need a Phillips head.’ Ok gee. Thanks for nothing. He was polite tho. Just not great with customer service. I won’t be back. Five stars cuz it’s usually an awesome and helpful experience. Learn to great your customers. Do t work there if u can’t even explain at least, how to change a license plate bulb.
