So I began my CPAP journey today @ A&P Quality Care Medical. Jason was my coordinator who who got me all set up with my equipment, educated me on how to use the equipment, answered all my questions, went over insurance, payments, and trouble shooting if needed for the equipment. I had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. If you are in need of a CPAP, A&P Quality Care Medical is your place and for a great customer experience ask for Jason !!

After frustration with another Home Equipment company, I had to do hard work by researching. I emailed a few and this company was one of them.I’m deaf so that comes with some challenges. “Will they get an interpreter or will it be fighting for ADA rights?” Or “Will they talk to me directly or talk to an interpreter instead?” Or “will they understand what I’m saying or will they haveDeer in headlights mindset?” Etc.They were more than happy to provide an onsite interpreter. Jason talked to me like normal, no “tell her that blah blah” and I got a great fitting for my CPAP machine. They took their time with me so no rushing or all.So yes, this is deaf friendly and they can provide ASL interpreters, no question! Just ask in advance, of course :D and they also communicate via email if that’s more of your style!Thank you all!

This place has been so great. With my son's insurance I'm used to long waits to get anything done, but when they reached out they had appointments available the very next day. My car broke down on the way there, and even though we were so close to the appointment time, they let me reschedule for the following day, no fee, no warning, it was completely fine. We finally get to come in, and Jason walked my 13 year old through everything we both needed to know, answered all questions clearly, and even shared about his personal medical history to encourage my son to try hard to get used to the machine. We did have an equipment issue a couple of days in, but these folks did what they could to help right away so we can try to stay in insurance compliance, and I know if they're doing it for my family, they're doing it for others. These folks are a blessing to those who need them, and I don't say that lightly.

Their customer service is exceptional. I had unexpected issues with my son's pulse ox monitor, and they delivered replacement equipment to my house twice, each time within an hour of my calling in, even when it was after hours.

A&p has been great, my son has got all his Medical supply's here since he was discharged from the NICU.They have been great , big shout out to Armando for all the help!!

My son has a trach and g-tube and we have used them for all of our feeding/ trach/ suction supplies since coming home. Everyone at A&P has been so nice and very helpful in making sure we have everything we need!

First, walking in, the receptionist was so pleasant. Greeted me with a smile. Jason was so helpful and awesome!! He knows his CPAP equipment and is very thorough in explaining things. Answers questions when needed. I highly recommend A&P Quality Care Medical!!!

I had the best appointment with Jason. The kind of service that is provided here is truly unmatched. Jason was very knowledgeable about my Cpap. Jason also answered any questions that I had.Jason takes any concern that you might have with wearing a mask and he will help you make the right decision when choosing.This company takes your sleeping problem’s seriously.

Jason was such an nice and easy person to talk to, and was happy to answer my questions. Environment was calm and nice. Highly recommend Jason and his team, getting my first CPAP machine was much easier than I thought!

Trash company.Was sold a defective CPAP so I contacted CPAP department for assistance. No refund, no recourse, department head was completely apathetic to my situation. Literally threw away $1000+ for a paperweight, absolute garbage store and staff.
