I just drove 35 minutes and 30 miles one way from Georgetown to Lily’s cleaners. Arrived around 3:10 PM to find note on door that says “We will be back at 4:00 PM.”
Just lost me as a customer because I can’t count on you to be open during your posted hours of operation.
70 miles and diesel in my truck wasted.

Lilly is very friendly and an attentive owner. I brought her coats for dry cleaning and alteration. The dry cleaning came back perfect, but the alteration wasn’t quite on after the first try. Lilly kindly insisted on not letting me leave unsatisfied; so one of her highly skilled seamstresses got crafty and produced some beautifully lengthened sleeves. Great experience here!

I brought an almost impossible task to Lilly’s Cleaners & Alteration. I had a dress for my birthday celebration with an open back, except for a strip of fabric down the middle. It was stunning, but wearing it without exposing a bra in the back required a true expert. The team worked closely with me, accommodating every change I requested, communicating clearly throughout the process, and they managed to finish the alterations in the limited time I had. When I saw the final result, I was ecstatic—it was everything I had envisioned and more!
The staff is incredible, their craftsmanship is exceptional, and they’ve earned a lifelong client in me.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE** The lady who claims to be the owner of the establishment seemed very nice at first, but she is in fact extremely unprofessional and rude. She ruined 3 Figs scrub tops which she promised she would be able to remove the embroidery by next day. She was unable to complete it on time, so I told her I would pick them up when I got back from my vacation. 7 days later and not only were my scrub tops not done, but they were ruined and she took zero accountability for it, but instead stated that she was doing ME a favor. She raised her voice at me on the phone and hung up the phone in my face. I have so much more I can say about this experience, but just trust me...you do not want to do business here. I wish I would have read other reviews before taking my tops here as it seems they have a pattern of not completing alterations with quality and timeliness.

Either this lady is delusional or she’s a pathological liar. Luckily 90% of our communication was via text so that I have proof that she lies, otherwise, I would be questioning my sanity. Please do yourself a favor, save the headache, and find another alterations shop.

Lily’s was one of my favorite alterations and dry cleaning locations! Their communication had been excellent for when my items will be done. When the alterations were not quite right (we made a lot of changes to the shoulders and bust area), they happily worked on it again. They were fast with the work and They were our new go to for all our alteration and dry cleaning needs for a while.
However, they snagged my wedding dress while dry cleaning and can't fix it (despite one staff member insisting they could). I was the one who saw the snag - they never even noticed it despite being on the front and top of the dress. I was offered a refund on the dry cleaning.

Very upset that I wasn’t notified my items were not ready for pick up due to a delay. I came in to pick up 2 blazers and 2 coats to only be told that there is a delay in some kind of shipment or damaged equipment that is why I need to return back on Tuesday. I just wish that management had notified me that my clothes were not ready for pick up!! I needed the blazer for an event in a couple of hours and now I need to scramble finding something to wear last minute. That is very unprofessional and the new management needs to learn from the old one about communication.

At first I was excited to get my alterations done at Lilly’s cleaners - she was very warm and welcoming when it came to making adjustments to my jumpsuit I used for work along with two pants. I was given at least 2 weeks to come back per the receipt I got. I don’t live in Round Rock and so to make a trip up is a lot of time and gas money. I go to pick up my alterations per the receipt pick up date to find out they’re not ready and will be by the next day before closing. Mind you, I had called beforehand to make sure and was told they’d be ready by 6pm that day. Okay, I thought - not a big deal, I’ll come back the next day. I call the next day asking if it’s ready and they said yes by 6pm. So I go the next day again, and it’s not ready. Finally after 2 days post original pick up date it’s ready. I tried everything on and everything seemed good until I realize my jumpsuit is unfinished - still with pins and I had asked for no cuffs on the hemming job and there were still cuffs. I wanted to love this place given the warm welcome by Lilly herself, but with the inconsistent answers of my pick up date and the unfinished adjustments to my jumpsuit has made me steer away from this business.

They consistently greet me warmly and with a positive attitude. Every time I bring in my clothes for dry cleaning, they handle the job promptly and with a high level of professionalism. Their pricing is also very reasonable! As long as I'm in this area, Lily's Cleaners will remain my top choice for all of my dry cleaning needs!

Lilly's location in Austin Texas is very flexible. They pick up, deliver, and give me the option to drop off and pick up. They are pleasant, professional, cheerful and very helpful.The quality of the cleaning, which is the most important factor, is excellent. I would recommend Lilly's Cleaners!

While in town visiting I brought a sweater here to repair a long rip in the sleeve and she did a great job! Great experience and customer service too.

I took three pairs of jeans there for mending and they did a horrible job. They had the jeans for over two weeks, sent me a message they were done then when I went to pick them up, they told me it'd be another few days because one pair wasn't finished yet. When I finally did pick them up, the mending was poorly done and didn't last more than two hours before it ripped out again. I could have done a comparable mending job and I don't know how to sew. I had good results from this place last year for the same type of repair, that's why I came back, but I think that must have been a different owner compared to now. Very disappointed. Will never use them again nor will I recommend them. Big waste of my time and money.

I have tried to use this 3 different times now and they are NEVER open! I don’t think the owners know they are running a business. What a joke this place is.
