I am deeply disappointed with AAA Storage. As a teacher in Texas, I had to store all of my classroom belongings, along with those of two other colleagues, while our school was being remodeled. We decided to combine our resources and rent a unit at AAA Storage to store furniture, books, teaching materials, manipulatives, consumables, and electronic equipment over the summer. When we returned three months later, we were devastated to find that several pieces of our furniture were damaged and unusable, and literally hundreds of children's books, accumulated over decades, were destroyed by water and covered in mold.
What’s most frustrating is that this damage was not caused by anything we stored, nor by a natural disaster or accident. The damage was clearly due to poor and inadequate installation and terrible maintenance of the storage unit. We expected our belongings to be safe, but it was evident that the facilities were not properly prepared or maintained to protect our items. To make matters worse, other electronics, such as iPads and headphones stored in cardboard boxes, as well as a mini freezer and a microwave, were also damaged by the humidity. Upon inspection, we noticed that the walls showed signs of water leakage, clearly coming from the roof.
The way the management handled the situation was unacceptable. The manager simply said, "I'm sorry, but I'm not paying for anything, and if you want, call your own insurance." It's unforgivable that, due to AAA Storage's negligence, we now face expenses that amount to thousands of dollars. As teachers, we rely on grants and donations, and many times we pay out of our own pockets for the materials we work with. This kind of negligence is inexcusable, and now we have to find alternatives to replace what was lost. I do not recommend this place to anyone who needs secure and reliable storage.

Excellent staff and conditions. Communicate well and are very reasonable. Worked with me when I was having some issues. Never had a problem with security of my property.

I have been a customer of AAA Storage for almost 2 years now and I have been very happy with the level of service and care I have received from the ladies running the establishment. They have good rates for the size and location. The facility is clean and kept up. Units are easy to access and the property is kept secure. I will continue to use AAA Storage as long as I have Storage needs because they have very reasonable prices and a friendly staff.

Great facility! I've been using them for years to store my dad's antiques after he passed away. They're so on top of things that when I hadn't fully closed my unit on accident one time they caught it and notified me within 12 hours so I could come secure my unit. I would highly recommend.

Nothing but great experiences here! We've had a large, climate-controlled unit for about two years now and AAA has continued to provide excellent service. They even notified us when they thought there might have been a problem with our lock and door. I've recommended them to several folks and will continue to do so. Great job all around!

This review is for anyone who is considering renting a space at AAA Storage. It features a gated, well-lit, always clean and secure facility. The customer service is top-notch and guaranteed to meet all your needs. For the past three years I have been blessed to have found such a facility that provides a safe climate controlled storage unit. It’s in a location that you just feel good and never think twice about leaving your belongings. Susan, who is the onsite manager, is friendly, efficient, organized, understanding and kind hearted. Don’t get me wrong she is all business and is second to none. You know the management company takes security of the facility seriously since they employ a manager who lives onsite. When I leave town, for months at a time, I’m never worried about my storage unit. I’ve rented many storage units over the past twenty years. Trust when I say, AAA Storage is the best!

AAA 9810 Old Lockhart Rd, Austin, TX 78747 are very friendly. I’ve been with them for two years now no issues facility stay clean, and the ladies in the office are always so helpful.
