You can renew your auto registration here. It was quick but they only accept cash or debit -- as in you have to enter your PIN debit which I am not comfortable with. No credit card or checks. The renewal was 77.00 and change. I gave a 100.00 bill and they struggled to come the change....just something to consider before going.

Had a condo insurance policy with AAA in one day I got a call from my downstairs neighbors that water was leaking from my unit so I called a plumber to see if they could figure out where the water was coming from and it turned out. It was somehow leaking from the shower basin so I paid thousands of dollars to get the tile removed, the underfloor leak fixed, retiling and the sheet rock repairs and painting done on the downstairs unit but ultimately the claim was denied, saying it was “normal wear and tear”. It seems like any possible claim could be called that. Why the heck do insurance companies even exist?

Went to get an international license and passport photos. The staff were helpful and quick.
However, the passport photo was too close to my face and was rejected upon renewal. This location stated that passport photos were final sale, and gave no option for a refund. Have your photos taken somewhere else.

Went here to get my International Driving Permit (IDP) - walked in without an appointment, walked out within 15 minutes. Super professional, very fast, cute chicks, what more can I say? Fantastic experience.

On May 28, 2025, This AAA location gave me awful customer service. I was there only to get my passport photos taken. From the start, the service was terrible. The woman working the front desk didn't help me at all. I was instead helped by a guy who seems to be a new hire. Although, the woman at the front desk was able to help a man that came in 5 mins after me, his passport photos was done in a span of 15 mins. the whole process for me was about 45 mins. So many things went wrong during this whole process, like them not processing my information before taking my photos. I had to wait for a senior employee to process my information and payment.(I saw the woman at the front desk do the same for other people, but not me... wonder why) The other employee offered a free gift for my patience... but she didn't give me one, it was probably a key chain or a cheap duffle bag. Overall, this was terrible service, and I would not recommend this location. It's a shame because AAA used to be a quality company.

AAA uses independent contractors that will cause damage to your car. Your claim process will then be indefinitely delayed and you will never get paid back for damages that were caused by AAA contracted workers. Member relations are unhelpful, unreliable, and unresponsive. You will lose money by having a AAA membership

Helpful. I needed an international driver's license for Thailand. The office at 290W/MoPac got me setup, including passport photos in less than 20 minutes. Informative. Friendly. They offered other services which I declined. But no hardcore sales. I write this now as I plan to go back for other membership.

Overcharged for auto insurance for months. I found more coverage for a lower price with another highly rated and reputable insurance company. When I canceled the auto policy, I was charged a termination fee? That is dishonest business practices and theft!

Great little location. I got my international driving Permit + photos easily within 20 min. Andrew was funny, attentive, a great salesman and helpful. I appreciate having this in the Austin area.

They took my money with no problem, didn't find it necessary to inform me that they would not cover towing for my Chevy c-30 truck. They covered it last year. Left me stranded 70 miles from home. Be careful with these people, ask lots of questions.
