I have previously bought items with Aaron’s in the past but this recent experience has not been good. I am paying for a new product which was never delivered I was given a used item. I’ve made several calls spoke to numerous people no response. I’ve contacted customer service no one returns my calls. I would just like the item that I paid for.

We ordered a bed and was told that it would be delivered around 11, the day of the beds are still not delivered and it’s 4:18 0/10 wouldn’t recommend!

I continue to be harassed. I just got woken up by another number from the. They keep filling my voicemail with their messages.
I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS HERE. I don't know this Carlos they're looking for. CLEARLY my name isn't Carlos. Who do I have to call, what do I have to do for this to stop?

I beg. Someone take me off this call list. I got my number a year ago and they have called me every single week, at least 4 times per week, asking for a man called Carlos. I am not a man called Carlos. They call me early in the morning and wake me up, this is hell. After telling about 7 people that I AM NOT THIS CARLOS, they tell me they took me off the call list. Then they call the next morning. Please stop torturing me!!!!!
I even got a call from corporate to "double check this was not Carlos so I could remove you from the list." This has not happened.
I am a Mexican woman who just moved to this country, I didn't even know this business existed. Please stop harassing me PLEASE!!!! I AM DESPERATE!!!!

I am very upset we paid off are washer and dyer one already overpaying as soon as we were done tell us messed up on are warranty all this cause our dryer messed up and say they will take it and fix it send to warehouse take 2-3 weeks dealt with Andy first and here we are over a month and every time I call something different still not here Andy o longer there and I’m like did you loose it do we need to buy another one can’t afford to go to washeteria we’re a family of 4 it’s alway no no it should be here next Monday no status no nothing idk what do do anymore this has been a big hurdle for my family and I
