The sale person was so clueless and the manger doesn’t price match from the website worst customer service seen ever I am only ordering online not go into that store again online is cheaper people. It’s like 15% off and with my 20% off on 75$ my clothes were like for the 2 joggers I wanted was 100$ with express shipping and the manger is so dumb and only would only bring it down to 147$. Just order online cheaper and less dumb workers that dont honor the price match method. Worst store ever

I drove my daughters and niece an hour to this location so they could get the correct size clothes. After finding a ton of things they liked (reason for 2 stars), I was told the dressing room was closed for the day! I sorted through pants for over 30 minutes looking for my nieces size… when I didn’t find any, I asked an employee if any were in the back and she said no. I ended up buying almost $700 worth of clothes, going to Dillard’s next door, having the girls try on clothes there, then immediately brought back what didn’t fit. I shouldn’t have had to do that! It was honestly ridiculous! Oh and when we returned, I asked to do an online order for jeans in my nieces size… then they suddenly had more jeans in the back! ? I guess the online order was more work than going to the back, but it would have been nice to have had them for her to try on in Dillard’s and for me not to have had to look through them for so long. They need better management in that place! I teach high school, so I totally understand this generation of kids, but slowing them to keep a job while being lazy is not helping them in the future! I’ll just order online from now on or find a new place for my kids to shop!

I absolutely love having a store close by to where I live - makes returns that much easier! Except for today, I tried to return some pants that were within the 30 day limit. Since the pants were exchanged from a previous order (ordered a size up from what I originally bought) I was told I could only receive a store credit. Claimed it was store policy. Then called customer service to be told it’s not store policy, they should have been able to refund to my payment, and apologized. Please train your employees!! Having a brick and mortar is great for convenience but pointless if the people employed to help you aren’t helpful/up to date on customer policy. Also please get off your phone when there is a line of people waiting to check out lmao it’s not that hard to do this job.

Just order online. Dressing rooms are always closed and there’s always a line for the three that they leave open… takes forever to get a dressing room and forever to check out. Lots of staff yet they rarely assist anyone. This store will test your patience, always find cute things and end up leaving because the wait is insane.

Abercrombie has rebranded so well, is so inclusive for all body types in sizing and marketing, and it’s just a whole new vibe. I never thought I would be nearing 30 and wearing Abercrombie again lol! It’s stylish, the moose and branding is minimal or gone all together, the fabrics are fantastic like usual, and I’m just so impressed/sold. I love it again, and I get so many compliments on stuff from there. Always had the best jeans and still do.

I went to the store yesterday around 1pm and immediately started to pull many things off the shelves to try on - hundreds of dollars worth - only to find that the dressing room was blocked off/closed. I asked an associate and the manager and the only thing they could tell me was that it was closed for the day and would reopen tomorrow. There were probably 5 people working this day and there was no explanation offered as to why the fitting rooms were closed. I had to hand back everything I had picked out. Frustrating experience!
