I really liked working with these folks—David and Gary especially. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the trade was apparent and very helpful when it came to explaining the various aspects of the job they were doing for us. Mostly I appreciated their communication before, during, and after visits. They're pros, but they're also people, and they recognize they're doing a job for people who depend on them to be on time, or at least communicate when issues come up, and to do good work. Gas can be very dangerous, so there is no room for error. I trust absolute propane and would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible leadership, keep shopping for a different propane supplier. Neglectful driving. These guys tore up my yard and were very rude and inconsiderate. Very slow and poor service.

I just took my 20 gallon tank in to get filled. Very friendly staff. Plus, comparatively, they filled the tank completely compared to the half full tanks you exchange at the supermarkets for the same price. A+.

Visited the Lakeway location for the 1st time today. This place is great! You need propane, go here. Fast, efficient service and a super staff. Judy helped me refill a small tank and had all the answers to larger needs. They have my business from now on.

I own a construction company, in 30 years the most professional, propane company I’ve ever dealt with. Mitch came out Easter weekend for a issue that really wasn’t his to deal with. HATS OFF TO MITCH.

Kept promising that they would come to my house, for a month, and never showed up. They moved the date three times, and just never showed up. After they moved the date the second time, two weeks went by, and they never told me that they had missed the date that they committed to make. Avoid this business.

This is a completely inept and unethical company, with shoddy service and equipment. I would HIGHLY suggest going to a competitor if you want to work with a company that has an understanding of common sense and how business should be conducted. They said our gas line was leaking and they could not fill our tank unless we had it tested which we did and there is no leak. Their testing equipment does not work properly and is only checked yearly.
