While researching for a storage unit, I came across this company. I called interested in a 5x10 w climate control, and Kevin was awesome. Not many people would be honest like he was, he suggested I should probably find a climate storage unit (because of the items I listed off to him). I wish I could have given him my business, so if reading this and looking for awesome customer service this place is it!!

This first time I stored things here, rats got into a bunch of financial records, eating and urinating on everything. Also cockroaches ate the paper in my books. A couple of pieces of furniture were completely ruined. So not too happy about that. Then I stored a bunch of tools, thinking, what harm could rats do to them? We'll, someone broke into the unit and store nearly everything of value. They don't have cameras, so the guy who worked there said I was screwed. This place is not recommended.

MY STORAGE UNIT WAS ROBBED...after the UNIT FLOODED! I got a tiny storage unit for all of my belongings while I temporarily lived with a family. Just 2 weeks before I was scheduled to move my belongings out the owner walked the property (it's outside unit with no ac/heat) and noticed the lock was off my unit. He called me right away and of course I go check it out and everything (with the exception of some big furniture pieces that the thieves couldn't fit in their vehicle) was gone. I would like to say, the owner is incredibly kind and felt terrible about my place being robbed, but all he agreed to do to help was refund my last month's rent. *Yes, I did sign an agreement that renter's insurance was on me. But to have around $3,000 worth of household items stolen and a ruined mattress that cost $1,000 - you would think he would help out some. The cops don't have any leads due to the CRAPPY SECURITY SYSTEM at the unit. When I did go back 2 weekends later to move out the furniture and mattress, I noticed that the place had flooded at some point. Apparently it flooded months before my place was robbed and I was never notified about it. What furniture was left behind was COVERED in mold on the bottom. My brand new mattress that was wrapped up securely still got water on it and was completely ruined. I sent pictures to a furniture cleaning company and they said there was no way to get all of the mold out. They said for the sake of my health they highly recommend throwing the mattress away. It was a $1,000 mattress!! My furniture has to be stripped and refinished as well. A few friends helped me move, one is an engineer and the other a maintenance man. They both looked at the concrete floor where the water had stained from sitting so long and were able to tell how it entered the unit. They said it most likely came from rain back in October or November and came down the sloped drive right into the unit as the weatherproofing on the unit was completely eroded. Just goes to show me that you get what you pay for. If you have anything of personal value, don't put it here.
