Bought a gas lawnmower and came to return it with the 30 days moneyback policy, but I was surprised to find out that equipment that runs on gas needs to be returned without gas in them, meaning you have to return them without using them, which doesn’t make sense. Something like that should be stated clearly when you buy the product

When I lived in Ann Arbor I always went to ACE for my hardware needs including for getting key copies made. But, this ACE guessed wrong about what key style I had (I just had a basic housekey, but they guessed some strange-shaped master key that was wrong), and also did a bad job of keying the new keys - they literally don't turn in the locks, even if you press against the door or hold the handle. When I held the key copies up against the original key, the jigs and jags are not even the same shape as my original - I don't know how it was possible to do such a bad job of copying my keys. I tried a local lock and key place afterwards, and the local place did a perfect job. So, don't go here for keys!

Horrible experience. Mike I’m assuming is the GM. I went in there for an interview and it was the worst interview I have ever had. He didn’t even look at my resume. Took him awhile to even acknowledge I was there after the lady up front called for him. When we finally got to talk he told me we are going to wait for his other employee “manager in training “ before we start. Long story short, when the young man shows up he doesn’t even shake my hand or even ask me 1 question. Just stood there and looked like he didn’t even want to deal with me. The GM only asked me 1 maybe 2 questions. If you’re looking for a job, DO NOT GO THERE!!! I would rather flip burgers. Not to mention I have GM experience and he still offered me $15hr.
