It is frustrating when you are expecting an item and it doesn't show up. I was sent an email saying delivery would be on a specific day. That day came and went with no word and no update in the tracking system. After an hour on the phone with Home Depot and Pilot Freight Services, I was finally given the number to Action Freight to call and schedule a delivery, even though none of the communication I had that far told me to call and schedule delivery. So, I called and after confirming the item was in their warehouse, we scheduled delivery for a few days later. It took me about 10 minutes after that call to decide to just drive the hour south and pick the item up to ensure it made its way to me on time and in one piece. While the office staff was certainly a bit gruff, I was nice and patient with them and received the same in return. I got my item loaded on my trailer with no problem and now know how to handle these sorts of deliveries in the future.

The front desk people were very happy to help. Very attentive. The guys our back working were pretty cool. They made sure everything fit in my vehicle.

According to the tracking my package arrived at the shipping location November 13. I called Sams club that shipped the package and asked when was I receiving they forward me to a third-party service Maersk, shipping that shipped the package. Maersk transferred me to action freight when I contacted them the representative over the phone Told me she doesn’t know who I am. Doesn’t have my tracking number and doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I gave her my info she was still no help. I I contacted Maersk again and told them can they please resend the invoice so that my package can be shipped I waited 30 minutes and call back to action freight still nothing was in the system for me. The rep showed no support for my situation. Wasn’t really concerned about my issue so I contacted Sams and they help me throughout the process of returning.

Terrible experience. I run a business and was having goods delivered to a client on Monday and then a different client on Tuesday. I needed to be present for the delivery so I requested a one hour phone call to give me a heads up on when the items would be arriving. I did not receive any call on Monday so decided to call action freight. Around 230 I received a call saying the item was never loaded onto their truck for delivery. This meant I had to move the delivery to Tuesday and the Tuesday delivery had to be moved to the following week. Come Tuesday, I once again did not receive a call within the delivery window. I called Action freight outside of the delivery window and they said the driver was a few minutes away (despite the 1 hour call ahead request). I drove to the location of the delivery and did not see or hear from Action so I called again and they advised the driver was 1.5 - 2 hours away. While waiting, an employee at my clients company advised me that Action had delivered the item an hour prior to my arrival (no call). The delivery was supposed to be white glove, with action delivering the item to its final location within the building and removing all the packaging. This never happened and it was simply left in the middle of the warehouse. Actions incompetence not only cost me $$, it damaged my reputation with my client. Under no circumstances would I ever use this company again.

Delivered late after marked “lost in transit” and then delivered my tv with a damaged box-get it set up and the screen is broken. Don’t use this company they obviously don’t care about the products they deliver.

I had the most wonderful experience today with my delivery driver Timothy H. He was incredibly accommodating and patient. I felt taken care of. 20 stars!

Customer Serevice- Mary RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Was supposed to have a 2k chair delivered yesterday. Waited all day for it. No call no show. I called Pilot today and they informed me Action had the chair and SHOULD have called to schedule delivery. They did not. I called Action and Mary answered. She does not care that I wasted a whole day waiting. She doesnt care that my delivery was supposed to be the 11th. She informed me they only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. Action does not call, communicate or respond well. I would niot use them if given a choice. I called Walmart to make a complaint and will be calling the seller to request they not use this company anymore. Not a good company to represent your product.

Company is garbage. They don't show up on the days they schedule pick ups and then show up randomly with no notice. Customer service has no clue what's going on.

If I can give you zero stars I will!!! they humiliate their employees and make them carry things of more than 100 pounds only one person they have to tolerate disrespectful managers they do not pay overtime do yourself a favor and never contact this company do not be part of these disrespectful and abusive environment!

where do i start. lolTL;DR:keep track of your tracking information.once it has been delivered to your city, make a call to these people to set an appointment because they might never call you.I figured none of the things they promised would happen but they were the one to tell me that this would be done. no reason to lie. I didn't even ask about any special instructions.3/5 stars just for never calling me and setting up a delivery date. 1/5 because i had to wait another week because of all of these "special instructions".I bought the TV on August 7th.Sams Club tracking information stated that it had been shipped and delivered to Austin on the 16th.it was scheduled for delivery by August 19th.it was then rescheduled for August 22nd.It was finally delivered on August 31st.Pilot freight company delivered it to Austin.I think this TV had been sitting in Action Freight for 15 days before they finally delivered it to me.Sams club tracking info stated that it had been delivered to Austin on the 16th. On the 23rd (1 day after the 2nd scheduled date) I ended up calling Action Freight and they confirmed that they did have my TV.i tried to schedule a delivery but they said, "we can only send this on Wednesdays because it requires 2 people. Unfortunately today is Tuesday and it's too late to schedule it for tomorrow. We can send it to you on the following Wednesday. It's a 2 person job and we will place it in your room of choice, we will unpack the tv, plug it and test it and then take the debris all for free. the time window is 10am-6pm. 8hrs. we will call you 30 minutes before"literally other than delivering it to the correct address and placing it inside the correct room, nothing else was done.no phone call.no 2 people. only one.they didn't offer to take it out of the box.which means they didn't test the tv.which also means they didn't remove any debris.

If you could give negative stars that would be more justified. This place is a joke. The received our shipment from Walmart 11/26, with an expected delivery of 12/3. I understand people are behind, but I called 12/8 and 12/15 since there are no updates on the tracking link. I was told 12/15 that it would be delivered on 12/17 and this is the first time they updated a tracker. I called today to verify it was out of delivery and the lady told me she didn't know why I was told it would be delivered because its in 1 of the 7 trailers they have not unloaded! Yes, that is 7 trailers of people Christmas gifts, money spent and materials they need that this company is just sitting on. I asked how soon I could expect to receive my 3 week old delivery and of course she has no answers. So here I sit with no item, the issue of a refund from the company I ordered it from, who is not at fault. I asked to speak to a manager, which she stated the owner is not available but I can email the GM, Mike Parsons. So I have, I am going to guess he replies as quickly as they deliver. Needless to say, this company has no care for people, our money, our time, or quality service. Trust me I will never use them and I wish big box stores would stop also. They should not even be in business.

WORST EVER!!! Believe the horrible reviews. I honestly cannot believe a company stays in business with such terrible service. When you call because they broke their promise about delivery time, they actually get angry with YOU instead of trying to simply make it right. It's like YOU are the problem, not them when you're inquiring about why they're so late. The main problem is that other freight services outsource deliveries to them. So if you purchase something on-line, then companies such as Pilot Freight Services get the contract from wherever you purchased the item, then contract a local company like (no)Action Freight Services. Most likely they are the lowest bidder and most certainly the lowest quality. IF you can help it, STAY AWAY!!!! You may not be able to because they were chosen for you by whoever you purchased an item, so I am lodging a complaint with Pilot Freight Service and the company I purchased the item from so hopefully Action Freight Services will eventually be put out of business.
