This location is right next to Hwy 290 and 183. Anytime I drop by to check out deals, the store is clean and setup nicely. Nia has the absolute best customer service and helps create a welcoming store environment and experience.

I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops but there at action pawn pawn there customer service far exceeded expectations they will work with you till you find what you need . Very friendly go see nia she’s Awsome

This place sucks, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years they tell me they now can't take an item I've pawned at least 20 times at this location. They've given me 115 bucks for my items over the years each time and today they offered me a 20 courtesy loan. I'll never come back here and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy spend any money here. I even bought and pawned a PS4 here and still no loyalty shown to me from them. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. I'D GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD.

If I could give zero stars I would. All the words scam ripoff pawn sharks come to mind. The one star is for the lady who actually helped me. She was friendly and more attentive than the other workers. I believe I was scammed because I had never been before. Never going back again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I apologize to the sales lady just because she was helpful. Perhaps she should train her other associates on good customer service
