Josef and Johnathan went above and beyond on Christmas Eve to not only Check my old battery but installed a new one for me. They also helped me identify which fluids I needed for my car that had been sitting for over a year.It’s running great and I will be able to start my new job tomorrow with no worries.These guys deserve a raise! Great and friendly customer service.Thanks again guys!

I came to advance auto parts on620 to purchase a serpentine belt tool. During the purchase, I asked the employee about why the set have other socket sizes but did not contain a 14 mm pice. He stated that I should be able to get the job done with a 14 mm crows foot. So after his suggestion, I went ahead with the purchase. He gave me no receipt after our business transaction. I then attempted to use the 14 mm crow foot to loosen the bolt on the auto tensioner, and the tool did not work due to incorrect size. I drove to the store to return the tool the following day. Since the employee gave me no receipt, they tried to look up the tool via my number or the barcode. They found it, and the employee was stated " I can't click" on your purchase history to be able to return your money. She could see the purchased the item in store, still did not return my money. She stated call customer service. I call customer service to get the previous two employees errors corrected, but they are closed... don't purchase tools from this auto zone on 620 it will receive bad customer service and will be damn near impossible to get your money back. Save your time and money be going across the street to auto zone or O'Reiley's for your auto part tools or products.

I was very pleased with the young man's assistance behind the counter. He was as helpful as he could be. However...I would like to update my review. I would now like to personally address Advance Auto Parts. I am not mad or upset (nor am I a Karen!)... I rarely post anything negative and I will continue to patronize your store. I am just glad I know the following information now, but some may not be aware. Hopefully, this is something you will look at as a way to improve your customer service best practices. This is for the benefit of your customers. So...in short, I lost my original receipt which was needed to register a product that you sold me. Rarely does this happen to me but it did. I went back to your store the next day to get a replacement receipt only to find out the local stores are unable to print your customers a replacement receipt. If your customers need assistance with lost receipts or any other issue, it would help if you included this information on all receipts, on your website, and post a sign at your stores, which lists the Advance Auto Parts Customer Service contact number so as to save your valued customers time and money. The point is, I am able to do this at other auto supply businesses. Just a suggestion to communicate important info to those who do business with you. Thanks.

They will test your battery and replace it for you. They will replace your wipers for you. Always friendly and polite. Have all the parts you need. My go to place for car parts.

Called to confirm part was in stock. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and actually offered to "go put her eyes on the part" to make sure they had it.They had the parts ready when I arrived 20 minutes later.Couldn't ask for more.

Had a battery replaced this morning. Walked right in. Young lady did an amazing job with our hard to reach battery and did a perfect install. Super polite and friendly. In and out 30 mins later. Excellent!

Had issues with return since I used online gift card. Explained my situation and how my car was already taken apart and couldn’t wait a few hours to process the return. John was great even though I was clearly upset.

Had a great experience at the 620 location. Needed a battery installed on a Saturday evening, however, the store did not have a calibration device available for my BMW. Joseph, found the device at another store and retrieved the tool. Installed the battery in my car and calibrated the system. Thanks Joseph for going above and beyond!

So my car battery was about to die on me when I stopped by to get a replacement battery. I was first helped by one gentleman that ran a free battery check for me. He also removed some corrosion around the terminals to make sure it wasn't a bad connection. He rung me up for the replacement battery and some battery acid as I had requested. He had to leave so he handed me off to Connor to replace the battery. The screw holding the positive terminal together was so bent and corroded that he replaced it for free even though I offered to pay. Both guys went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their work and products. I strongly recommed this location.
