I unfortunately like others had an awful experience with an older female. I have never encountered such terrible customer service. Very disappointing and will most definitely will not be returning to that store.

My sister and I (we are Hispanic) had such an uncomfortable experience shopping there due to the older white lady working there. As soon as we stepped in and started looking at the jeans she stood close to my sister and stared her down while she was looking for pants her size. Then after my sister tried to on her jeans she pushed past her in the fitting room door and inspected the fitting room frantically. Lastly, while she was waiting in line to pay, she let a man cut in front of her, completely ignoring her presence. Not to mention that she stared and stalked multiple Hispanic customers, but as soon as a group of white teenagers came in, her whole demeanor changed. She was announcing the discounts and store layout to them with such a friendly tone. Needless to say, that experience made me return all my items.

I was racially profiled by a white woman working there with blue eyes. I was there along with my Hispanic friend and we were followed around the store and called out. We had shopping bags from stores we were already in and we both had on tight clothing along with small purses. Shame on her. This was 06/13/2025

I would give this place a ZERO, because the manager is very rude and very disrespectful to me and my family and she doesn’t talk to us when we ask her a question and doesn’t say thank you. She doesn’t care about the customers, she’s racist, I would not recommend this place to anyone to go to.

If I could Zero star this, I would!! The manager is very disrespectful /Racist and very discriminative. She disrespected me , my mother and 2 of my baby sisters who are still children . Automatically assuming my baby sisters were going to steal something - my little sister is 10 and the other is 6. And has the audacity to say “keep the cameras on them” as soon as we walked into the store! When asking her if there was an issue . She said she didn’t want our kind stealing or touching if we are not buying anything . Which we did plan on purchasing . She verbally said she didn’t care if we reported her. My 2 sister left crying and my mother in shock that this happened . Sadly our kind is not welcomed to Aeropostale without instant discrimination and racism ..

Manager is racist and beyond rude. I cannot believe what I just encountered here. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This lady needs to be held accountable for discrimination and lack of professionalism.

Store opens at noon. At 12:05, I asked through the gate what time they would be opening. They said “as soon as we finish our inventory in about an hour. “. Very poor planning by someone. I went online to know what time to arrive. Made the trip for nothing.

Aeropostale is by far my favorite store to stop at when I am at the mall. The staff is so kind and helpful and easy to talk to. The quality of the clothing is excellent and the layout of the store is easy to navigate. I especially love their t-shirts because they are incredibly soft and affordable. I have been buying jean shorts from them for as long as I can remember, it is hard to find jean shorts that fit right, but Aeropostale jean shorts fit perfectly and are so comfortable. All in all I just love the Aeropostale style; not just their clothes but the store atmosphere as well.
