Until now, I have always enjoyed Aerosoft shoes. The latest pair arrived with a strange, strong odor. I contacted customer service, asked for an exchange, was sent a mailing label and a pair was then mailed.This pair arrived with the same odor. I contacted them to return them however, I learned that I would have to pay shipping. Keep in mind that this wasn't an error on my part. They sent me a defective, smelly shoe. I received my refund for the shoes but am out the shipping it took to return them.That ranks a "less than one star" in my book, I will no longer purchase their shoes and I will also direct people not to deal with them. I can understand if I had ordered the wrong size, didn't like the color, etc however, this defective product was "on you". Had to spend $9.00 to return a defective item. You should be ashamed. This review will be placed anywhere I can find a review section.

I had the same issue except my shoes were way too loose across the foot. I tried to contact them back several times with only one response. Returned the shoes for exchange to the address they gave me and heard nothing about whether they received it or when they are going to send me my new pair. Finally received the new size of shoes in good condition 2 weeks later. I'm glad I bought the shoes but it was kind of more frustrating than worth it.

I followed the recommended size chart and went up one size as recommended. I purchased 4 pair of women's sandals. All are too tight across the top of my foot. I started contacting Aerosoft Footwear at the end of May 2018 and on many occasions since then and I never receive a response. I submitted a return and exchange request, I emailed, I called and even tried their online chat and still I never received a response. I find it to be sketchy that I can't get a response but my order was processed online in minutes. I'm looking into the next step to take.

I also followed the reviews. there is a 5 step process to return the shoes Plus a $16.95 return cost. The live chat was a joke. Amazon is the way to go. Don't buy from the website

I am not saying the shoes are not comfortable but I am told, in writing that they are leather straps. There is NOT One thing on the site when ordering, on the box or tag OR on the sandals that show what any part of the shoe is make of. IF they are leather, then why not put that somewhere on description of shoe or anywhere?? That is because I believe them to be PU, not leather...so isn't that false advertising???

These look comfortable and the footbed seems heel-supportive. They appear to run very small. I normally wear a 9.5, ordered a 10, (40 in Birkenstock if that helps) and my feet hang over the edge of these. Will pass them on to someone else who can wear them so I'm not upset, but would definitely advise sizing up big time.

I buy their shoes locally in South Africa. have worn them for years. They are amazing for my problems with pain in the tendons in my feet. And they last for years and years. I've only replaced mine recently because my dog ate the old ones.

These are the most comfortable flip flops ever. I hope that there will more more sleek sandal styles (with out the logo on the shoe) so they can look a bit less casual.
