All I can say is WOW! The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal! Georgie and Ashley really helped me pick out what I needed! At first my size wasn't available in the store but they brought me an alternative and I found the perfect pair! The team here is very helpful and friendly! Definitely coming back again! 10 out of 10!

Probably doesn’t do great in sales as the girl that works doesn’t greet/speak to anyone. Went in looking and grabbed some shoes and we were the only ones on the store. She didn’t say one word to us or ask if we needed help until I asked. Immediately was annoyed and walked out.

I’ve been seeing similar reviews so it seems as if they’ve had a continuous issue with the people that they choose to hire. I Just went to Aldo at around 4’ o clock on February 6th and there was nobody in the store to help my mom and I for at least 5 minutes, there was also no customers at all except us so we should’ve been immediately helped. When the woman did come out who's name is Ashley, she started being purposely loud with boxes instead of greeting us, and asking us if we needed any help( which we clearly did because we were looking for a specific shoe). We then waited five minutes longer to see if she would say anything and she didn’t. When I went back in to ask for her name she proudly stated that it was Ashley seeming as though she knows she won’t get in trouble for this kind of behavior. This is extremely disappointing especially as a black woman, during black history month. I hope this store makes the right decisions moving forward with Ashley and all of the other employees who have poor customer service.

Sitting here at the mall almost 10:30 am as I’m writing this and the store is still closed? It says it opens at 10 am. What is going on?

I’ve always had great service at this location! Very friendly and helpful! Plus, they have great shoes, purses, etc! Love this brand!

I have never been a fan of Aldo shoes yet their costumer service has never disappointed me!
As a Christmas gift, I had purchased a pair of Aldo shoes for my husband. They were part of a special collection my husband simply didn’t like. Today, seven months later, I finally went to return the shoes. Given the long time it took me to take the shoes back, I was not expecting a full refund but simply wanted to get an exchange for the current value of the shoes.
The young lady in the store graciously proceeded to assist me. Instead of this being an inconvenient for her, she helped me solve my problem, and after trying on several pairs, I walked out with these beauties!
This is only my second time visiting the ALDO stores and both times I have not walked out empty handed. I have experience terrible costumer service in several stores recently, signaling that the customer service standards have lower dramatically. For me, it is a satisfaction to know that in a society where culture and costumer service are shifting, ALDO is still able to deliver OUTSTANDING costumer service.

Stopped by Aldo in the mall. We are in Auston, TX for a wedding and my wife needed a pair of high heels. Micki helped out my wife in getting the right pair. Gave her different ideas on her selection. My wife walked out happy and ecstatic with her new pair of heels. Can’t wait to see her beautiful legs in those high heels. Thank you Micki for all your help.

walked in to this store and the two employees working were tryin on shoes... neither of them greeted me and while i waited to be assisted with my return they both seem like they didnt want to assist me... ill take my money elsewhere in the future

It was the first and last time I go to this store! I was looking at the store on the website and I loved several models and I went to the store in person to try them on. I went with the intention of trying on and buying sandals and some heels.
I arrived at the Aldo in Barton Creek mall and a guy started to help me with the models and then 8 minutes later he left and another girl started to help me (she didn't really want to help me), I asked to see some sizes of some shoes and she pretended not to hear me and was on her cell phone behind the counter, I insisted, wanting to try it on and she was being annoying with me and didn't want to work. I felt so uncomfortable with her service, she was practically kicking me out of the store.
I took my time to go to the Aldo store to try on shoes (and really wanted to buy) for bad customer service!
I know that customer service isn't easy, but not wanting to work and make money just by kicking out customers and chatting behind the counter is very good.

This is the last time I’m going to buy shoes from ALDO and it is just because this store. The first time one of the ladies said that she wouldn’t print my receipt if I didn’t give here an email. I gave her my email, I assume she put it wrong and I never got the receipt. I went back to the store and another girl immediately printed it. The second time (yesterday) I went to the store and the only male employee they have there was extremely rude! He rolled his eyes at us so many times, he said “you’re done” and almost didn’t give us the receipt and when my boyfriend asked for it he printed it and kept staring at him. It was so creepy. They really hate working in that store.
