This is the last time I’m going to buy shoes from ALDO and it is just because this store. The first time one of the ladies said that she wouldn’t print my receipt if I didn’t give here an email. I gave her my email, I assume she put it wrong and I never got the receipt. I went back to the store and another girl immediately printed it. The second time (yesterday) I went to the store and the only male employee they have there was extremely rude! He rolled his eyes at us so many times, he said “you’re done” and almost didn’t give us the receipt and when my boyfriend asked for it he printed it and kept staring at him. It was so creepy. They really hate working in that store.

Giving it three star as I had a mixed experience in two different visits recently. One manager was absolutely rude while the other was absolutely fabulous.

The girl and guy working today were something else....coke bottles behind counter tops, guy with short bangged haircut is asked to assist and he approaches us with a drink on hand playing around with straw super casually. What is going on with retail , as a former SM for Aldo things apparently have gone down . Show some pride in your work! Lol

I placed an order here but somehow in the system my order got lost. I called the store after 5 days to get an update and I spoke to the manager Ariana, she was amazing! She helped me find my shoes explained what happened and I received them in less than 5 business days.

Do not let the male in this store tell you that you cannot return an online order in store. I knew it was a lie. This was after he tried to refuse a return that I bought in store with the same credit card and receipt less than 14 days never worn! Claimed the item number didn’t match. Forced me to go home and call customer service just so they can say he was wrong. I can only guess returns hurts the individual store’s performance. You will be hearing from your general manager per the customer service representative. Never stepping foot in this location again. Now I have to mail the items back. Don’t be fooled!

I came in to return an order. And the gentleman who works there was extremely rude. To the point that I was in tears. I also was not given a receipt for my refund. I love your shoes. Butt after this experience am not going to shop here any longer.

Although Aldo has gorgeous shoes and excellent quality, the staff at Barton Creek is rude and incompetent. My friend and I arrived at the store this morning to buy two pairs of boots, but we were treated horribly by the lady. We exited the store and purchased our boots from Steve Madden; their staff welcomed us with a smile and helped us through our purchase. We will never go shopping at Aldo at the Barton Creek location. Terrible experience!

I’ve been by Barton Creek 3x and they are never open. I do not understand why. One time there was an employee in there hiding in the back everytime we passed by.

Male staff member was rude and had a very “can’t be bothered speaking with you” attitude. I did ship to store and received an email stating both items were available for pick up but was told that only one was. They didn’t want to provide me a tracking number (the one in the email was invalid) and I was essential told to come back whenever and hope they were there. I’ve now had to reach out to Aldo 4+ times as I don’t have the second pair of shoes or the refund they promised.
