Not only did we receive beautiful, high-quality lighting from Alexander Marchant, their customer service is top-notch. We had an issue with one of our shades, and Eric didn't hesitate to contact the vendor and get it resolved immediately. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for gorgeous products and professional service!

Great selection and customer service. Came to them for what I thought was a difficult hardware request (needed a pull for a 900lb sliding door panel) and they were able to show me several styles and options. Thank you for kindness and professionalism.

I've been working on a kitchen remodel for my home, and scheduled an appointment at AM to come in and check out their offerings. I was blown away at the selection of hardware they had, and I felt like it covered a lot of different styles. Having an appointment here is the way to go, especially if you are not an industry vendor or don't know exactly what you're looking for. I didn't feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of a sales person's time with the appointment. The customer service I received was excellent, and they made sure I was paired up with the correct sales person for my particular project. I would definitely recommend heading to AM for any and all of your hardware needs, or simply for some inspo for your next project!

They were so nice. I was in a hurry and needed a hinge for an owl house i was msking. Laurie marchant helped me and when i told her what i was doing, she just gave me a door hinge at no cost. Very sweet. Beautiful finishings for your home as well.

Everyone in the store is always willing to help me out and sit down to help me get the best products specified for my clients. You wrote a review for Alexander Marchant 8 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 9/29/2017 I visited this store today around 1 p.m. at the recommendation of my designer. I'm in the market for over 40 cabinet pulls and knobs as well as an appliance pull. I was there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The one customer working with the salesman seemed more concerned about me than the employee, i.e. making eye contact and smiling. The employee, however, just looked at me and ignored me. I also purposely loitered in front of a woman in her office with the door open, she too ignored me. As I was messaging my designer, the salesman actually came outside as he finished talking to the other customer, saw me sitting in my car and continued to ignore me. I can certainly find another place to purchase pulls. I absolutely would not recommend this place unless your thing is to walk into a store and throw a tantrum for assistance.

After this initial introduction I was skeptical. I will say, however, that AM does have a wonderful selection of pulls at a variety of price points as well as some hard to find Instagram-worthy pulls. Martin and the other staff have been very friendly, accommodating and communicative. Plus they have shown these qualities consistently since my return visit and continue to do so. Maybe as a word of advice, perhaps calling ahead and speaking with someone prior to your arrival will help pave the way to a smooth and successful shopping experience. I therefore increase the star rating to 3. (I wish I could give an additional half star). It would have been an immediate 4 or a 5 if the initial experience never happened. I do recommend this place for your kitchen pull needs.

Several of our clients have purchased hardware from this company. In each instance it has been a disappointing experience.The company prides itself on exotic and expensive hardware but they seemed to be focused on upselling clients rather than providing then with appropriate products. They frequently get the order wrong in some respect, and are not responsive in correcting their errors. The locks are beautiful, but often poorly engineered. Levers and knobs just fall off! Many times there are no installation instructions provided with the product. They have no service departmentso we have to make repeated return trips to fix their defects
