Supposed to be an easy rear end insurance claim. They ‘fixed’ the first time bumper on crooked took it back and dropped it off. Picked it up again bumper still crooked telling me I’m smoking crack it’s all good. Come to find out the rear frame is 5cm off or 1.9” for my American friends. Picked up truck a 3rd time bumper still not straight but I’m tired of wasting my days driving 2hrs to get there and the truck is still not right. Ended up adjusting the bumper myself so it fits leveled only took a tape measure to make sure are the distances are the same. If I wasn’t a decent mechanic I can only imagine how they would have sent me off with a frame damaged vehicle and wonder how they treat their other customers with zero mechanical/automotive back ground and probably send them back on the road with half fixed vehicles.

Excellent work, Even better communication! Ben and his team too my wife’s car, completely repaired the front/back bumper and replaced the cameras. Even working with me when I had to travel on 4th of July weekend!

They did a great job with body repairs for my brand new Integra. Benjamin was very informative and responsive. The final product was great and they were able to handle communication when my insurance adjuster was being difficult to contact.
