David was the best! He was honest and friendly, and has helped my husband to choose his first set of classic dressing shoes - we had a great experience. I highly recommend the dressing shoes and boots here.

Saturday drop-in for an out-of-towner. The shoes are good as always, with some interesting new ones, but the hat-tip goes to Marcos for friendly, fast, patient service. Wouldn't hesitate when in Austin.

I was shopping for my cousin’s birthday and this shop was amazing. Amazing products! I received great service from a gentleman named Marcos. He was very knowledgeable about the things I was interested in. My only complaint was the traffic to get there (which is why I chose 4 out of 5 starts). I got my cousin his favorite pair of shoes! Thank you, Marcos!!

I was in Austin for a friend's wedding and I needed to buy a pair of patent leather shoes because the Bride hated my older shoes. I Googled quality shoe stores and found Allen Edmonds. I went in to the store to quickly buy a pair of shoes only 2 hours before the wedding, hoping they'd have something for me. I asked the salesman to quickly sell me the shoes and let me get on my way but he insisted on sizing me. I know my size and I've never needed that before in my life. He kindly insisted again and said it wouldn't take long, so I let him size me. Turns out I needed a triple wide shoe which seemed ridiculous but they fit on my feet so well! Never knew I needed a wider shoe but it was good that Marcos pushed me to get a proper fit. Now my feet are actually comfortable in dress shoes. Would definitely recommend this location and this guy, he was a lifesaver!

Marcos went out of his way to take care of a complicated return and even educated me on sizing and how to find the best fit for next time. I had a very pleasant experience working with him and would highly recommend everyone to work with him.

Went to this store with my fiancé and we spoke to a knowledgeable salesman regarding shoes for a wedding. Unmatched service from Marcos! He informed my fiancé of their refurbishing program and we were very happy with the look of the shoes too after 3-4 fittings. Will come back again!

I'll keep it short because there's nothing positive to say about our experiences. My boyfriend and I walked in on different days this week to not be greeted, acknowledged, or provided any level of service by the same associate. No other customers were present either time. 1st visit- he was on the phone (looking as though on hold) for the 10-15 mins we were in store, no acknowledgement. 2nd visit- he stood behind the register and didn't utter a word during the 5 or so mins in the store. Won't be back. Hope this helps.
