Everything was above and beyond so the rate is fair. This hotel is nothing fancy very well put together not to mention, the workers all make you feel like you’re at a luxury hotel. They provide free shuttle rides to the airport by scheduling, super clean rooms, free breakfast starting around 6am, and excellent external services. If I ever need a room again in ATX, this will be my guaranteed go to. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the crew, all the aloft members, and management for your effortless approaches to make this the most comfortable experience. Highly recommend

Pretty Modern and updated hotel. We got set up for a night through United due to a cancelation. The lobby has a bar, board games, and pool table. We ended up grabbing some food from the bar, make your order, and then it comes out at the little kitchen area. They didn't honor the United food vouchers, which we asked United the next day, and they were supposed to, but that was the only negative thing. The food was pretty good. They gave us a handicap room since we were 4ppl. They brought some extra blankets and pillows for us, so the service from the staff was really good. They held our luggage the next morning so we could go check Austin out. Our flight wasn't until 4 pm. Shuttle to and from the airport. Overall, it was a really good stay.

Needed a clean, simple and easy place to stay and this served that purpose. It’s near the airport not downtown which was fine for this trip for doctors appointments. Hotel had everything I needed and the staff was extremely friendly, allowed me to check in early after a red eye flight which honestly saved me. Manager was communicative via email. They do charge daily parking of $13, which is a little strange given parking is obviously nowhere near an issue out there so it felt a little nickel and dimey. The room was clean, bed comfortable, tv had all the apps so it made the stay very simple and convenient.

Stayed here overnight due to miss connecting by Delta but have others said my Credit Card was still charged for the stay which Delta was paying for and of course the night/weekend team cant do anything to reverse the charge. Called on a Monday at 11am and was told the manager will be in at 1pm. Must be nice to have that flexible of a schedule. I wasted so much time to get this reversed. Also the front desk actually said don't leave a message and email is better to get ahold of the general manager. Beware of charges and a non responsive GM. I did eventually get a hold of him by calling multiple times but obviously this is a problem!

The hotel was nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant.Now the bad. The area immediately around the hotel is awful. Homeless people sleeping in the woods and on the street. Our car was even broken in to on the last night. Luckily we were smart enough not to leave anything important inside overnight. It was till upsetting that the hotel doesn't have enough security to prevent this, considering the area.

Well maintained. Easy to locate from the Austin airport. Aloft is becoming a favorite hotel chain in the Marriott Hotel family.

Beer selection is bad otherwise great place. At least stock local beers like 512 pecan porter.

The manager Noah Hines was missing most of my 5 days stay. After much to do, I was able to look for him at 11pm one night. He was super nasty and threatened me. I am a seasoned (10 trips a year) traveller of 50 years and have rarely experienced such poor service.

Rooms nice but had troubles with TV. Bad remotes, replaced three times before one would work. One staff member was argumentative about replacing. If you don't like Mexican food, you'll have a hard time finding a place to eat nearby.

Very close to the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had wonderful view of the American flag waving from the room. Great bartender and games to play in the lobby.

We needed a quick overnight by the airport and were pleasantly surprised by the Aloft Austin Airport hotel. Our room was classy-modern and very clean. We had drinks and sandwiches in a somewhat private booth, while a family enjoyed playing games in the open area. Very enjoyable for weary travelers!We can't say enough about the staff. They were happy and helpful.Thanks to Morgan (bartender) for her great service.
