Brittney has been doing my hybrid lashes for almost 3 years and she does an amazing job each and every time. She provides a clean and calm environment and makes each appointment very comfortable for me. My lashes always look full and stay on for a long time. 100% recommended Brittney as a stylist here so worth it!!

I have been seeing Shira for my lashes every two weeks for the past four or five months and she is an absolute dream! Not only is she a master stylist, always giving me the best advice on what would look good for my eye shape as well as care tips, but she is also a very kind person. I enjoy the great conversations we have, or sometimes I just listen to an audiobook and she doesn’t mind at all. I highly recommend seeing Shira!

Don’t book here- this location needs to get their act together.1) Serious concerned about skills of their staff… their seniors are not really senior, and lack a gentle touch — I mean its your eyes! Stylist was pushing / putting pressure on my eye while placing the lashes.2) (Brittany) was aggressive with my extensions, and doesn’t know how to do hybrids well… she spent a large amount of time having to separate my lashes that had glued together. I go to the arboretum the majority of the time, and never experience this. The act of separating the lashes means the placement is not correct, and it can pull / tug at your lashes - OUCH. Each time I mentioned that it was painful, she just grunted. I asked for a break, the 4th or 5th time she did this, and she sighed heavily, didn’t even apologize.3) she had a ridiculously loud alarm/alert coming from her phone every 15-20 min, not sure if that was a timer or her txt messages, but OMG, right next to my ear.4) she was 30 min late to my appointment - not 10, 15 or 20 — THIRTY MINUTES LATE! If it was the other way around and I was that late, I would have been rescheduled.Mgmt apologized profusely and did ask how to fix this issue and even schedule me with another stylist to try and provide a new/better experience, which I can appreciate. I wish the kindness and service vibe that the manager Kaitlyn provided could bleed into their staff, because this act was appreciated. If my stylist had the time to provide this kind of service (like the mgr) even if her technique was pretty rough, I’m sure my review would not be as scathing.I would highly recommend another location if you are a client of this studio chain, do not waste your time here and give yourself a better experience. I also hope that this review well I’ll provide feedback to the team so they can have an opportunity to improve.

Save your time and dont go here. After getting my first set of lashes. It was not anything that I asked for. It was gapping in olaces despite trying to brush them. My friends, family AND coworkers all mentioned it to me just how excessive they were. My lash tech was a master tech. Yet when I went in not knowing anything at all. I asked questions and was given 1 worded responses. There was no education or explanation on her part. I called next day saying I wasn’t satisfied and it wasnt what I wanted. They told me i was entitled to a fix. Even when I went in - they were disappointed with what I was given. So much glue was put on my face that it took two rounds of removal. Then was notified they had not scheduled me the time for a new set but a refill. So i had to be rescheduled AGAIN. I had taken time off just to get to this appointment. I get a call the next day a half hour before my appointment and my tech is sick. Rescheduled for the next day- I showed up. Was in the parking lot 2 minutes before my appointment to be told they scheduled me incorrectly again. NOT to come in. I requested that a manager called me back. Kaitlyn the manager calls me back. Tells me to come back in. After im already home. She then tells me I dont know why you didnt just come in? I was told not to! She said well the girls are new. You shouldn’t have listened to her. Im supposed to trust the employees im talking to if theyre on the phone giving directions. I asked for a refund because this has now turned into a two week situation. She refused said theyre a franchise. I requested that the owner calls me because it’s ridiculous its gone this far. She was nothing short of salty and hung up on me. I got a call back 10 minutes later with a refund and an apology. Save your time. It’s mismanaged, everyone seems to be training, people dont come in, and youll be sent in circles. Support a local lash tech vs. these guys.

I have been a member for over 5+ years but unfortunately I will have to cancel my membership and move to another location. I love my stylist but management is unprofessional and I have had countless issues with loading credits and extra withdrawals not authorized. I have called over 8 times in the past week with no response not 1 call back. I recommend not wasting you time with this locationService: Eyelash extensions

Seriously, go to any other salon. Every time I have had to deal with this location, it's always extremely negative in both services performed and customer service.My first appointment, I was told the stylist was running late -- waited almost half an hour before being told that the stylist wasn't coming in and I would be rescheduled with another stylist in half an hour. Ten minutes after I was supposed to be seen by the second stylist, I was told I would need to reschedule for another time. l waited an hour only to not be seen by anyone. No apologies or compensation offered for my time wasted.I gave them a second chance and saw a stylist that kept poking me in the eye and left glue all over my eyelids and face. Oh and while I was receiving the service, the front desk was robbed at gun point. Both of these incidents made me want to never return so I started going to another location.Then last month I went to cancel my membership because I decided to start seeing a lash tech outside the company. I was given grief the whole time for wanting to cancel even though I don't get services at this location anymore. I was assured I wouldn't be charged for the next month since I had canceled on time, however, I was still charged this month. Called to get my money refunded, only to be left with a voicemail saying my money has already been refunded, which was a total lie because my card account said there's no refund processing.If your going to this location, good luck. If you cancel your membership with this company, go ahead and cancel your card and request a new one while your at it so you don't have to dispute it later.I keep my cool with them and stay polite, even though they all act catty and like I'm a huge inconvenience to them. I'd rather take the high road, but I'd be doing a disservice to anyone who is thinking about going here by not telling them what I went through. The Arboretum location has 1000% better customer service and much better stylists.
