I have visited multiple locations and this one is BY far the best. From the front desk to stylist and manager. They are all so friendly and helpful. My lashes always come out the best with them and I have used multiple of their stylists. Thank you all ❤️

This salon is great and my experience was truly amazing!! The salon was clean, and the staff, and especially Christian and Megan were very friendly. I always have such great service and have definitely been back to this salon. I have been seeing Angela as my lash tech and she is the BEST lash tech I’ve experienced over the 5 years I’ve been getting my lashes done. She is very experienced in doing lashes and does a quick but also does the BEST job - which is ideal! I’m not sure what magic she does but my lash retention with Angela has been better than anything else. I would 100% recommend seeing Angela!

I’ve been a member at Amazing Lash Studio for nearly 8 years, and I can honestly say this location is nothing short of exceptional. From day one, the level of talent, professionalism, and genuine care from the team has kept me coming back.
Angela and Christian are absolute artists—truly, I believe they are the most talented lash professionals in all of Austin. Their attention to detail, consistency, and ability to make you feel both beautiful and at ease is unmatched. They don’t just provide a service—they elevate the experience every single time.
And then there’s Megan, the manager, who is one of the kindest, most compassionate people I’ve met. She runs the studio with heart and grace, and always goes out of her way to make clients feel valued and cared for. Over the years, Angela, Christian, and Megan have become more than just people I see for appointments—they’ve become my friends, and their support has meant more to me than I can put into words.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with excellence, consistency, and warmth, this is it. Amazing Lash Studio is lucky to have such a remarkable team—and so am I.

Well I’ve been a lashing client for well over 10 years I’ve found some high and low places AND Angela at amazing lashes on Braker is the bomb hands down 1 of the top tech ever ! She does her thing I don’t have to say 1 word sometimes I come in because I yank all my lashes out she does her very best to make me feel happy and comfortable . Cristian always works with me on scheduling and last minute emergencies so thank you love , one day I want you to do my lashes I’ve seen your work . Megan the manager worked with me when a schedule conflict and an emergency met right in the middle . She stayed late until my lashes were done to close shop….. thank you ! I can’t express enough how happy I am I found a place who calls me by my name , knows I’m a busy working woman and always tries to accommodate my emergencies ! If you need a salon to call home and a girl who knows what you need even when you don’t ! AND they are just the best . Worth EVERY single penny .
One time I told my tech Angela that I would pay her double and she said she would charge me half as long as she kept lashing me we laugh the whole time. The entire studio makes you feel like it’s home. And who doesn’t want to go to a place where everybody knows your name ?!? 20 stars my lashes always look brand new !

I've been a loyal, bi-weekly client of Amazing Lash at the Arboretum since they opened, and I can't recommend them enough! Angela is hands down the best lash technician. She's incredibly skilled, always accommodates my schedule, and even offers great advice on lash care. Cristian at the front desk provides exceptional customer service; he greets clients by name and is a wealth of knowledge about lash and skin care. The positive atmosphere truly starts with Meghan, the manager. She's been there since day one, is always engaging with customers, and clearly fosters a respectful, highly-trained team. As a business owner myself, I deeply appreciate their commitment to both excellent service and outstanding staff. They've earned my continued loyalty!

They lost me when they charged me to cancel as I had a family emergency. I’ve been a loyal customer but the person answering the phone is rude condescending and just lot them my membership and referrals. Stay away.

Absolutely love this salon! Worth the longer drive. I've been going to another Amazing Lash and I always ask for the "sexy" style but never leave with my lashes 100% full or feeling like I have the "sexy" style. Come to find out the stylist had been doing "gorgeous" the whole time!! Very frustrating to find out, but McKenna at this studio went the extra mile to make sure I left with my lashes 100% full and in the "sexy" style. She took her time and they still look amazing almost a week later! The front desk staff are also so friendly and energetic. Highly recommend this studio!! Will definitely be using them from here on out?
