They lost me when they charged me to cancel as I had a family emergency. I’ve been a loyal customer but the person answering the phone is rude condescending and just lot them my membership and referrals. Stay away.

Absolutely love this salon! Worth the longer drive. I've been going to another Amazing Lash and I always ask for the "sexy" style but never leave with my lashes 100% full or feeling like I have the "sexy" style. Come to find out the stylist had been doing "gorgeous" the whole time!! Very frustrating to find out, but McKenna at this studio went the extra mile to make sure I left with my lashes 100% full and in the "sexy" style. She took her time and they still look amazing almost a week later! The front desk staff are also so friendly and energetic. Highly recommend this studio!! Will definitely be using them from here on out?

I had a terrible experience with the manager Megan, client retention service. Despite booking an appointment, I never received any text messages, phone calls, or voicemail reminders. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services due to their poor client retention service. This was the Great Hills location.

Hi Chris, I have reached out to the studio on multiple occasions, so has the better business bureau and they have failed to resolve the issue to date. Again if the "contract" states they only stay valid for 6 months all 13 of my credits wouldn't have been available and that should have been communicated when I requested to freeze my account in august of 2021, freeze- NOT CANCEL- however I was able to use 10 of my 13 credits that I paid for and AFTER my last service, upon check out, I was notified the other 3 couldn't be found ....after weeks of trying to resolve this I was then told they expired. Again I shouldn't have been able to use the 10 others if y'all were going to stand behind your "contract " and expiration dates. I would like to use the 3 credits I paid for . Please provide valid contact information for someone who can resolve the issue as again the studio was unable to. Also please respond to the better business bureaus second request for a response.

I have been a client since the grand opening of Amazing Lash Arboretum! Meghan has been the absolute sweetest to work with. I have known her for years, she runs the studio so well, and she is such a genuine good person who knows so much about lashes! Angela, my stylest I cannot say enough good things about. She is super thorough with my lashes, so much fun to talk to and our sessions are not only about refills, we get to girl talk! She's the best!!! Christian, is so fabulous! I love talking with him. He gives amazing advise and has me booked out for months! I love these gals and guy! I live in South Austin but drive every 2 weeks to see my extended family in the Arboretum. They are all just AMAZING!!!

This Amazing Lash location is the best! I always get compliments on my lashes from friends and random strangers. Saying that Christian is absolutely incredible would be a vast understatement. Angela is also very talented and does wonderful work.Service: Eyelash extensions
