I have been a client since the grand opening of Amazing Lash Arboretum! Meghan has been the absolute sweetest to work with. I have known her for years, she runs the studio so well, and she is such a genuine good person who knows so much about lashes! Angela, my stylest I cannot say enough good things about. She is super thorough with my lashes, so much fun to talk to and our sessions are not only about refills, we get to girl talk! She's the best!!! Christian, is so fabulous! I love talking with him. He gives amazing advise and has me booked out for months! I love these gals and guy! I live in South Austin but drive every 2 weeks to see my extended family in the Arboretum. They are all just AMAZING!!!

This Amazing Lash location is the best! I always get compliments on my lashes from friends and random strangers. Saying that Christian is absolutely incredible would be a vast understatement. Angela is also very talented and does wonderful work.Service: Eyelash extensions

Booked my appt., but refused to see me because they said I required a full set even though staff said I would be charged $70. My lashes started falling off in the first week. The front desk associate wasn’t personable. I wouldn’t waste your time at this place. I’ve never had someone cancel an appt. over their mistake.

Terrible place. They did not let me know the updated prices. I was not happy with my service. I called to see if they can fix and they wanted me to pay full price again. No wonder why this place has 3 stars

well let's just say this will be my second review that I posted on the salon a few years ago I decided to go and had a terrible experience just recently I decided to go back hoping that I will have a much better experience being that I've tried every amazing Lash studio here in Austin I frequent all of them but it was also just a let down again terrible service terrible management terrible customer service skills manager does not know how to speak to customers they decide the rules that they want even though they make you sign a policy waiver honestly I will not recommend this to anyone decide to post about it on my blog if you follow me you'll see more updates on this terrible salon ladies do not waste your money going here I highly recommend trying one of the other locations if you're in North Austin I would suggest you go to the one on Lakeline or in Pflugerville if you're in South Austin I was suggest going to the one on 41st St. to be honest I sense a hint of racism The manager will really be the downfall of this salon if you have a rule that you want to apply it should be in the policy agreement that they make you sign when signing up it shouldn't be at the whim of the manager a paying customer should never be forced to do something because the manager of the size are the style Deciding that they are not happy with your decision if I'm willing to spend money on something I should be allowed to choose the service that I am spending my money on

Honestly my review is entirely shape from my most recent experience. Every other encounter I've had with staff has been great (admittedly, I've had three encounters in total) had my lashes done Saturday. Loved them . They looked great. When I woke up the next morning, so many had fallen off. I called and they were able to get me in that Sunday for an adjustment. She finished. They looked good, not as full as they were the day before, but I did not complain. I really admire the candor of the stylist who did my adjustment. She told me that she did what she could in the allotted time, but that I should talk to the front about getting another adjustment because I should not have had that much loss. She didn't have to say anything, but she did and I really am glad she did because I knew they weren't as full as the day before, but I was about done with all Amazing Lash Franchises (for reasons not having to do with this location). When I got to the front, everyone was not only accommodating but transparent. They said that my notes showed that I had makeup on and it made it hard to stick, but this was never mentioned to me and The front never told me to wash my lashes. I was 30 min early so I know it wasn't because I was late. I didn't say anything bc I figured this location does it for you. Amazing lash recognized this was the case and also looked on my file and saw that my history was good and that the lash loss was unusual based on my record. Alex at the front said she'd talk to leadership and get back to me tomorrow. I honestly did not expect a call back, but not only did she call back, but she sent a follow up text and told me that I could come in this week. I scheduled an appointment and the following morning even got a call from someone asking if I needed an adjustment or full set- that they were willing to do that since I've had major loss in eye lashes. That level of customer service is unlike I've ever experienced, and for the first time had me reconsidering my decision to cancel my AL membership. Unfortunately I had a client emergency and couldn't make it so o called to give the heads up and rescheduled for today, which I was reluctant to do because it's very hard for me to leave work before 8 during the week, and I didn't want to take advantage or for granted by asking for an adjustment but his weekend, so I was trying to honor the 3 day rule. I had my appointment today at 6:50 I texted on my way to let them know I'm on my way. I got there at 6:54. No one was at the front, so I grabbed a jolly rancher and sat down to wait . Front desk employee came back at 6:59 and then told me because I was over 5 minutes late the stylist left, which I couldn't believe because I didn't see anyone walk out that door. Even if that was true, doesn't SOP and common courtesy say that AL call the customer first to alert them to the fact that they will have to reschedule? The sign says if you are 15 minutes late you'll be charged and appointment cancelled. I suppose you treat adjustments differently since you do not charge the client for that service and therefore reap no financial gain from performing the service. Still, I thought it was understood that businesses who invest in building client relationships are more likely to see a substantial return on their investment through client retention and referrals. I suppose what shocks me the most was that I was told the stylist left at 6:55. Watching the clock. I also think it's interesting because the stylist who did my full set Saturday rushed out after my appointment when I was paying. My appointment was at 4:30, I got called in at 4:34 and was out by 5:41PM. I hate to complain because, in truth, I loved my lashes Saturday. So, going back to your question, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope it changes bc I think everyone is nice, but am really taken back by what just happened.

BEWARE! Do not rely on this location for their appointments. Today was the second time I showed up to an appointment only for them to tell me that my stylist wasn't there and there's no other appointment options around the time. Extremely inconvenient when you have other obligations that you've worked around your appointment

I'm not sure why, but every time I get my lashes filled, the placement and look is top notch.....then by the time I get into my car...they start shedding and don't stop. I got them done 2days ago, even purchased the mascara wand bonder and they're already half bald and that fill was just a week after my previous. I hope they figure this out because like I said....I love the look when I leave and their beds are comfortable
