Great for me! However, due to it being on campus (and therefore lacking parking), I would only recommend it to other UT students.

Reduced hours, parking issues and long walk from transit make this less appealing. Also will not accept UPS or USPS returns, though there are often UPS and USPS delivery trucks parked on the mall. They will not help mobile only customers print a return label.

Excellent service, quick and easy pick up and drop off. Many people complain about the location. Hey, there are like 70,000 people located on campus at any given time. Who knows how many packages get delivered here every day? If you do not have business or classes on campus, have your packages delivered to your residence. Duh? I have expensive thing

The hours of business displayed in physical space and online is often not accurate. They need to find away to better inform customers of their business hours.

There is no free parking at this location. Nearest paid parking is half a mile away. Otherwise, it is a great location to return and receive Amazon Orders.

Horribly inconvenient unless you live on UT campus or have a parking permit. Absolutely no free public parking anywhere close. It's $3 to park in a garage 1/3 mile away, a maze to get there when pedestrian access is restricted on the main road, and Amazon doesn't validate parking. It cost me $3 to return my package.

The worse amazon pickup location ever. There's no where to park unless you are a student. Otherwise you have to park a mile away and walk 10 minutes to find this place.Such a terrible location

Staff are excellent. Very easy to handle returns and pickups.

I parked near the drop-off location on 21st. I came back to my car and found a $75 ticket on the windshield. The university is harsh on parking offenders, I was only in there for less than 5 minutes but that did not matter at all. When I checked the Amazon website they recommend a parking garage at Brazos and MLK and then walking with the packages back to the car.

Every return I have done here has always been quick and easy, no hassle, no lines, in and out usually within a couple minutes. Very clean location as well. The first time I went there google maps directed me literally do the front doors and it's right inside past the doors to the left. Very easy to locate this hub.

This drop off location is by far the worst part of my Amazon experience. “Drop-off” makes the experience sound so easy. At this location I have to hunt for parking, pay to park and then walk through a university lost with heavy boxes? It seems like they found the most inconvenient place in the whole city to return packages in order to discourage people from returning packages. Which seems like a savvy business move until all their competitors with brick & mortar stores (with free parking) allow customers to do in-store returns (like Cvs Walmart Nordstrom Costco Walgreens and Target).

This Amazon locker is very poorly set up for public use....hopefully this review will help you navigate getting there if you committed to an Amazon return here before looking it up like I did ?There is no free/public parking near the locker. The Brazos Garage is $3 for an hour, and not wildly close. Your best option is the limited Pay-to-Park street parking on 21st Street outside the gymnasium, though it doesn’t use the ParkATX app. (Closest intersection is 21st St and San Jacinto Blvd) if that is full, then there is the same type of parking on San Jacinto both north and south of 21st Street, on the east side of the street. When I was there it was $1 for 15 min, which is enough time if you can hustle from the further parking!Once you’re on 21st Street, walk up the hill and the gym is on the right. Turn right into the giant courtyard-like space and the Amazon hub is right through the first big set of doors (before the huge stairs).Once inside my experience was all fine, but it was getting to that point which sucked. Good luck!!

This Amazon hub is located inside the Gregory gym in the heart of the UT campus in Austin. There is absolutely no parking. You are not even able to drive up to the front of the building, and have someone wait for you while you run in. Once you do get into the building ( along with all the people waiting in line to get their covid vaccine), You may see the Amazon sign on your left. If you don't have your package properly labeled, you will get zero help from the employee that clearly doesn't want to be there. Really, I don't understand why Amazon makes it so difficult for their Prime customers to return things.
